“Great staff. Clean hotel. Nice little beverage options at front desk. Good beds. Pet friendly if needed. We enjoy staying here a few times a year!”

“Room was well appointed and clean. Very noisy doors when closing, despite trying to close very quietly. Breakfast was a little disappointing as no white bread available at all only wheat. Also no milk available for coffee after breakfast time as only creamers/half and half provided.”

“Helpful staff. Quiet. Maintenance requests went unaddressed for a month. Service occurred usually on 14thday but I ended up buying my own mop and broom and did best I was able even being ill and disabled. Otherwise restful.”

“At check-in, I was notified that rooms are only cleaned every other day. Two days into my stay, there were ants crawling all over the floor. I notified the front desk who did offer to let me move rooms. Given how late the night was, I let them know I had killed the ants, but requested that the room be deep cleaned. I was told it would be deep-cleaned the next day. That day I worked 12 hours and had to bring my dinner back to the room. The room had not been cleaned. The hotel staff did let me...

“The room was very comfortable and was perfect for a traveling person who needs quiet and plenty of space to organize their stuff. I took 2 naps and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and there's a Chick-fil-A across the street for good eats. I had a wonderful stay, I needed sleep, air conditioning (high humidity outside makes it hard for me to breathe after hiking. Thank you for the clean bed, towels were fluffy and plenty. See you again in my travels!”

“For an ADA room this space was not designed with neurodivergence or accessibility in mind. The room was incredibly loud, situated next to an atrium that was occupied until 12am and beneath a room of folks that started their day in combat boots at 6am. I was staying over to take a 5hr exam at a nearby college, specifically to get a good night's sleep. Staying here was a poor choice, potentially with lasting consequences- unfortunately, the staff was too screwed by a system failure to figure...
