work. went back to the desk. Told her. She turned and walked off. Silent! disappeared for 10 minutes..
Came back. told us she reset it and it was working fine .

Well we went up..still not working .husband called desk . She said she had come to our room and reset it and it was fine.
Who gave her permission to enter our room??????
