“From the moment we arrived to Zamocek Suzanne cordially welcomed us and showed us to our rooms. She thoroughly explained where everything was located, and was cery detailed on making out stay a perfect one. The rooms all have small kitchens and the decor is most charming in Slovakian character. Highly, highly recommend this hotel!”

“The hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable rooms and a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist. Its location was perfect for exploring Poprad and accessing the High Tatras. Breakfast was great, and I especially appreciated the sausages. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Poprad!”

“Absolut en udsøgt fornøjelse. Fantastisk udsigt fra vores værelse. Dejlig centrale i byen. Og en dejlig morgenmads buffe. Vi valgte at spise aftensmad på hotellet, og dette var ligeledes en rigtig god oplevelse. Så er men til et godt, dejlig holt med sjæl og dejlig service. Kan vi kun anbefale et besøg her.”

“Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Winterurlaub in der Hohen Tatra. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage (mitten im Ort, dicht am Skigebiet und am gut sortierten Supermarkt). Die Appartements sind groß, gut ausgesrattet und teilweise mit Balkon; wenn auch so langsam der Zahn der Zeit an vielen Ecken der Einrichtung nagt. Das umfangreiche Frühstücksangebot lässt keine Wünsche offen; innerhalb von 14 Tagen gab es kaum Wiederholungen. Es gibt einen kostenfreien Skibus direkt vor dem Hotel, der Bahnhof zur...
