"Der Check-in war leider etwas chaotisch. Bei unserer Ankunft war niemand an der Rezeption, also gingen wir ins Restaurant. Etwa zehn Minuten später kam eine Mitarbeiterin und teilte uns mit, dass nur noch ein Doppelzimmer frei sei – das bekamen wir dann. Sie schickte uns eine Treppe hoch, obwohl ..."
