Pretty house between Market and Tourelles

Want to spend an exotic holiday in Loire Atlantique?

This former fisherman's house of 68 m² is perfect for accommodating a family with children, a group of friends or professionals on the move.

Pretty and very flowery, benefiting from an excellent location, just 300m from Libraires beach, Pointe du Bé and 100m from the market square with its halls as well as all local shops: bakeries, wine cellars , supermarket, pharmacy, newsagent, hairdressers, restaurants, bars...everything is within walking distance!

You will find the two bedrooms upstairs, through, a landing bedroom with 2 single beds and the master bedroom with the double bed. A shower room with separate toilet on the ground floor, a living room and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen.

The house is comfortable and has many amenities: free WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, garden furniture...

You can enjoy a charming wooden terrace in the shade of the lime tree and a quiet green space to relax!

Children are welcome. All baby equipment is provided in the room.
rental: baby bed, high chair, bathtub.

I will take care to help you out with basic necessities (oil, salt, tea, coffee capsules, sugar, cleaning products, sponge, soap, toilet paper, etc.) in small quantities. It is up to you to complete these products throughout your stay.

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Einbschönes kleines, sehr sauberes Häuschen. Kleiner Garten mit Sitz- und Grillplatz. Nur 300m (10min zu Fuß) vom Strand entfernt. Es gibt noch einen weiteren "Buchtähnlichen" Strand- der war leider (am Wochenende, trotz Nebensaison) sehr voll. Einziger Wermutstropfen: der Heizkörper im Bad konnte nicht eingeschaltet werden. Denn Nachts war es bereits sehr kühl und Handtücher trocknen nicht möglich. Der Vermieter hatte weder Zeit noch Lust sich darum zu kümmern. Trorzdem war es insgesamt recht schön.

Ein idyllischer Ort zur Erholung

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus, geräumig und bestens ausgestattet. Tolle Atmosphäre, um sich vom Trubel der Stadt zu entspannen, insbesondere die Terrasse lädt bei gutem Wetter zum Verweilen ein. Strand und Strandpromenade sind bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die alles perfekt vorbereitet und geregelt hat. Gerne wieder einmal.

Entzückendes Häuschen in guter Lage

Das Häuschen ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen tollen Sommerurlaub braucht. Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Innenstadt, zum Markt und den Stränden ist hervorragend. Der Außenbereich ist größtenteils überdacht, so dass an es hier auch bei sehr hohen Temperaturen sehr gut aushalten kann. Einziger Minuspunkt: Bad und vor allem Toilette sind sehr klein.

Second visit to this charming property

We came here in 2019 and found it to be a lovely little house and it didn't disappoint second time around. Location is fabulous, with easy walk to the market, shops and beaches. The sweet little garden is perfect with plenty of shade and totally dog proof . The accommodation is compact but well equipped and comfortable. Unloading is a bit tricky as there is no parking at the house itself, but the car park is very close so no problem once you're done. I'm sure we'll be back again. Thanks Sophie.

Super séjour !

La maison est parfaite : pleine de charme, bien équipée, disposant d’un très joli jardin et idéalement située. Nous avons pu y télétravailler et nous y reposer au calme. De plus, tout est accessible à pieds : commerces, plages, ballades, etc... Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Maison bien agencée et très bien située

Nous sommes venus passer 4 jours à Pornichet. Tout s'est bien passé. L'accueil s'est fait par téléphone en raison de notre heure d'arrivée et du couvre feu et tout s'est bien passé. La maison est bien équipée. Il faut juste être vigilent dans l'escalier. La maison est très bien située dans une rue calme et proche de tout.

Jardin agréable. Les escaliers dans la maison sont raides et peuvent ne pas convenir à certains

Bon accueil. Très propre. Il est agréable que les lits soient faits ainsi que les serviettes fournies. La localisation proche du marché et de la plage sont très bien. Les moins de la location: les escaliers entre salon et cuisine et pour l'accès à l'étage ne sont pas accessibles à tous. La chambre paliere devrait être mieux mentionnee dans l'annonce. Mais globalement très bon séjour.

Oasis of calm

What a lovely quirky house this is. Beautifully decorated and furnished and extremely clean. Very well equipped with loads of cutlery etc. The garden is delightful with plenty of shade on a hot day. There is no parking on site, so packing and unpacking is a bit tricky, but there is plenty of parking just a few steps away and it didn’t present any problems to us. Just be aware that you have to go through one bedroom to get to the other in the main house. It’s worth the small inconveniences though as the location is brilliant and overall it’s a lovely place to stay. Thank you Sophie.

vacances à Pornichet du 14 au 26 Juillet

Belle petite maison bien équipée à deux pas de la place de Pornichet. Terrasse ombragée super agréable avec un BBQ. Un sèche linge serait le parfait compagnon du lave linge car les essuies et maillots avaient du mal à sécher. Pas de parking privé mais un très grand parking public à 50m qui est parfait pour oublier sa voiture et redécouvrir les plaisirs du vélo.

Maison pleine de charme a deux pas de la mer

Belle impression dès notre arrivée. L'accueil de Sophie, la propriétaire, nous a complètement conquis. Sa gentillesse XXL et sa spontanéité nous baigne directe dans un agréable séjour. Les photos de cette charmante demeure sont identiques à celles présentées sur le site Abritel. Propre et confortable, rien ne manque. La terrasse ombragée est bien pensée ainsi que le petit jardin. Noël à Pornichet

A Pornichet pour fêter Noël avec nos enfants nous avons grandement apprécié l'emplacement de cette mignonne maison toute proche des halles et des divers commerces ainsi que de la plage. Nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions espéré comme équipement ! Sophie est très accueillante et très attentionnée. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir à cette adresse.
