“I like it very much. The aria looks great, the house was comfortable very clean. Every house in the area has a jacuzzi, A yard with tables and chairs and barbecues. The view of the mountains so nice and it’s taking 7 minutes to the beach by foot. It’s possible to get to the sea with car. Despina the manager of Desa green homes very nice helpful and take care for everything and do it with a lot of respect and love. I love very much to be there.”

“We were very pleased with the studio. It was spotless, well lit, nicely decorated and in a calm part of the town yet 2-3 minutes from the port, restaurants and shops. Yiannis kindly met us at the port, helped us with our luggage and was always available via WhatsApp to answer our questions, make reservations, etc. Highly recommended place with a beautiful terrace to have breakfast or a glass of wine in the afternoon :-)”

“Koukounari apartments is a quiet place in Skala, really closed to shops, restaurants and beaches. The rooms are clean and elegant. Three highlights: the kindness of all the staff, the tips of Silia, at the reception, she will help you with almost everything and the restaurant is really good. Recommended! ”

“This property was full of surprises! From the bountiful flower garden, the unique stone art sitting areas on each floor, and the wonderfully outfitted rooms! But what was even greater than the full sea view from the balcony, was the hospitality of the host who lovingly maintains the property grounds, finds books in guests’ language from the borrow library and inquires about his guests’ experiences and adventures. I would not only stay again, but I would entertain a longer stay. LOVED IT!!!”
