Resort e hotel con spa a Porquerolles

“Hotel con dei belli spazi esterni e un bell’accesso a mare, ma le parti comuni della reception e della spa lasciano a desiderare. Buona la colazione e comode le camere ( frigo bar con bevande free) e in particolare il letto. Il personale cordiale ma non al livello di un hotel a 5 stelle. Non abbiamo usufruito dei lettini in spiaggia poiché tutti prenotati nonostante il costo aggiuntivo non compreso nel costo della camera (a mio avviso un hotel a 5 stelle dovrebbe lasciare disponibilità dei...

“We used the hotel as a base to explore Hyeres so we didn’t participate in the activities offered. I did use the sauna which was clean. A suggestion would be to add some herbs or herbal oil to the steam to offer a more pleasant and beneficial experience. I also used the swimming pool. Another suggestion, please heat the pool. “The property is spectacular. From the design, the art, the views, the food. This place is 12/10. My only feedback was for dinner the only options are Michelin star or complete lobster menu. While both are amazing, for the nights you just want something more simple, you would need to leave. My issue was we didn’t want to leave!!! I can’t wait to go back”
