La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con un ampio bagno privato con vasca e doccia. Ci sono 2 camere da letto con letti matrimoniali e la quarta camera da letto è arredata con 2 letti singoli. Un bagno completo si trova vicino alle camere da letto e il terzo bagno completo si trova appena fuori dalla lavanderia, quindi è facilmente accessibile dal ponte e dalla cucina gourmet all'aperto.
Goditi i giorni di sole sul ponte di grandi dimensioni e sfruttare appieno la cucina executive all'aperto. C'è una nuova grande vasca idromassaggio ideale per immergersi di notte.
La spiaggia è incontaminata con acque limpide e nuoto sicuro per tutti.

All'interno troverai tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici tra cui: 2 frigoriferi, 2 forni, lavastoviglie e piano cottura a induzione. Una grande passeggiata in dispensa è disponibile per conservare tutti i tuoi prodotti secchi. Ci sono 2 zone pranzo; uno appena fuori dalla cucina con una splendida vista sull'acqua e l'altro una sala da pranzo formale. Rilassati con un bel libro vicino al camino a gas nelle fresche notti invernali o divertiti con una varietà di giochi da tavolo nella camera familiare. Sono disponibili Wifi, netflix, cavo di base e DVD con lettore.

Cottage heaven!

This is an incredibly lovely and well appointed home on a secluded little bay on Sproat Lake. The home is spacious and beautifully laid out with a fantastic kitchen, formal dining room, and a living room with the biggest TV any of us had ever seen. We were a group of seven friends and loved the outdoor bbq area and the hot tub and the lounge areas on the deck. The dock area is a peaceful and serene spot to chill or read a book. Aside from multiple glorious swims we made good use of the kayaks and paddle boards to explore the spectacular lake. This truly was upscale cottage paradise.

Family wedding

This house was perfect for 4 couples attending a nearby family wedding. The kitchen had everything we required, the giant TV was perfect for some hockey viewing, and the hottub was a hit.We would stay here again if we were in the area.

It is a wonderful, well-maintained property set in a perfect location for a holiday. Its size and layout make it ideal for families and groups of friends looking for a base to explore the area or stay and relax. The host Adriana is accommodating and easy to contact, thank you, Adriana, and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Stay

We had a perfect time at Andriana's Sproat Lake house. Just a great set up for our group of 7 women friends. The house has all the ammenities you could need or want. Plenty of room and lovely spaces for people to gather....we used them all! The dock was awesome for drinking a glass of wine and enjoying views of the lake. Several of us even got out on SUPs despite it being a bit cool for water activities. Thanks for having us!

Great time at Sproat Lake

Property was amazing - really well setup! Host was very attentive, couple of small items were off but the host made sure they were properly accounted for / covered. Everything you need to have the family out there was available. Zero complaints from the group who went. Would definitely book again!

They really thought of everything

I want to start off with the cleanliness! I didn't have a singel critique, and I work for a high standard top rated, time share vacation rental property. Secondly i would like to highlight how well appointed the property is, they really have all your bases covered. Our family had a wonderful time reconnecting, enjoying the serine setting and having fun! Absolutely beautiful property losts of sunshine in the morning to midday with lots of deck space to enjoy it aswell as beautifully maintained lawn. The hosts seemed lovely as well, thoughtful communication :) 10/10 for us! ☆

Family Get Away

Location was amazing. Just a short drive to Port Alberni to get any necessities. My wife,two toddlers, along with two other couples stayed here. At no time did we feel like there wasn't enough space for everyone to enjoy. There was a very nice grassy area out front for the kids to play. The backyard was also an awesome area to hang out with great views and a hot tub big enough for all the adults who were staying. Adriana was easy to reach and very responsive. Due to the time of year though the lake water level was above the beach and cut off access to the dock. The kyack and water toys were also put away for the season. There was a basketball hoop but unfortunately we didn't bring a basketball and there wasn't one that we found. The soccer balls were deflated that we found but the kids still had a great time playing with them. We all agreed this is definitely a property we would visit again in the future.

Paradise

The property is outstanding. We stayed during what might have been the hottest week of the summer and we enjoyed the air conditioning, the breeze on the deck and the hot tub after the early morning swims. We all enjoyed swimming off the dock and the kayaks and paddle boards added to our enjoyment. We were a group of eight and really appreciated the two fridges, lots of pantry space. The beds we’re comfortable and we loved having three bathrooms. We had a wonderful time and hated to leave. Thank you, Adriana and David for sharing your lovely home with us!

Lovely property /grounds

Wonderful grounds and large home. Was clean and spacious for our family. We enjoyed our stay and host is very responsive . The only downside is the beach area. It’s not a good spot to swim as it’s very shallow so it’s not desirable to be in as it’s very murky. If you bring a boat or paddle ( kayaks and paddle boards provided ) out Sproat Lake is a huge lake and very clean. Not ideal for small children who want to play in the water from the property. Everything else was great.

Lakefront perfection

Our family had a fantastic week at the lake house. Great hosts! The home is clean, very spacious and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Easy lake access, a great spot to swim and chill on the dock. Sproat Lake is awesome! Also, having the kayaks and paddle boards to use was a nice treat! Hope to visit again.

Beautiful Location

We stayed here during Spring Break for my son’s tournament in Port Alberni and it is a great location. Not to far from everything you need but beautiful and peaceful when you are at the house. Everything is very spacious, clean and well taken care of. We’d love to come back in the summer and enjoy the lake and beach!

Spectacular getaway

The home is very spacious. Every amenity that we needed was available. It was a great spot to "unplug" for the majority of the stay and just enjoy family time together in a beautiful area of the world! However if you are one that needs to stay connected, that was available as well. Our stay was fantastic!! An added bonus was the family of deer that would come and feed each morning. Hoping to return again for another visit in the future!

Perfect Family Spot

Our family gathered at this gorgeous home on Sproat Lake for our first Thanksgiving celebration in many years and it was WONDERFUL! The house, all amenities, grounds, lakefront, and location were all more than we could have expected. So very comfortable and welcoming - everything you need for an absolutely perfect family gathering! We all loved it! Can't wait to return!
