Sproat Lake Guest House!

  • Situato sul lago Sproat caldo, invitante e cristallino, il gioiello dell'isola di Vancouver. Questo bellissimo, completamente arredato e attrezzato con due camere da letto, un bagno, è pronto per la vostra vacanza di una vita. Facile accesso al lago, un grande molo con tenda da sole e sedie a sdraio, canoe e SUP disponibili per il vostro uso e una fortezza con una scatola di sabbia per i bambini rendono questo il posto migliore al mondo per essere in estate! Vogliamo anche che gli ospiti capiscano che la nostra intera proprietà è non fumatori. Inoltre, poiché condividiamo la proprietà, limitiamo il numero di ospiti della struttura sulla proprietà a 4 in qualsiasi momento.
    Questa prenotazione ha una politica di cancellazione dell'azienda - i rimborsi saranno emessi fino a 60 giorni prima della data di check-in.
    Un rimborso del 100% è previsto per i viaggiatori che annullano almeno 60 giorni prima del check-in. Un rimborso del 50% è previsto per i viaggiatori che annullano da 30 a 59 giorni prima del check-in. Non sono previsti rimborsi per i viaggiatori che annullano meno di 30 giorni prima del check-in. Beautiful forested location with lovely lake and mountain views. Lake temperature was warm in early June! Guest house was excellent, well stocked and cozy. Hosts are very kind and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautifully located, clean and well equipped accommodation. Close to the water. We enjoyed sitting on the dock, going swimming, canoeing and paddleboarding. The kitchen has everything one would want for cooking. There is a BBQ and seating on a deck with a view toward the lake. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be back!

House was spotless and contained everything we needed, all we had to bring was our food. The owner was polite, helpful and very friendly. The water was less than a minute's walk and it was so tranquil and quiet especially in the morning. They even provided paddle boards and a canoe for us to use. A true hidden gem for a romantic get away

This is by far the best rental I’ve ever stayed at! Janis has meticulously thought of everything to make your stay so much easier. A beyond fully equipped kitchen, ample towels, laundry rack, and amenities, paddle boards and canoes, lifejackets, etc. I can go on and on. Janice welcomed us upon arrival and gave us a quick tour. It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Guest House.

We had a fabulous stay at Janis and Martin's beautiful guest house on the lake. The house was spotless and so well-equipped - there was nothing else we needed or wanted. The beds were really comfortable and the use of the canoe was a huge bonus, especially as we were blessed with such beautiful weather! Thank you Martin and Janis for your kindness and hospitality!

Unbelievable property with lake access from the VRBO (swimming, canoe, towels,etc) dock that you share with the host family, who is in the BEAUTIFUL main house. The place is the best stocked VRBO on earth! The hosts are beyond wonderful…available, responsive and friendly…but give you your privacy!

Great location, awesome property

Beautiful lakefront property, the house was good size for four of us, larger than we expected, clean, well stocked, perfect for a weeklong family vacation. We enjoyed paddle boarding, canoeing, swimming, or just relaxing on the private dock on the lake.

One of the pure golden ones!

What a beautiful, clean, well-tended & private space! Everything we needed and more. The view from the property is incredible, and the morning canoe ride in the mist was pure magic! Great host, super helpful. Highly recommend this very special property!

Amazing Place!

This stay was the best stay I have ever had while booking thru a ST platform. The hosts were super nice and they had lots of extra's like the availability of SUP's and Canoe's. The house was beautiful and the views are just like the pictures. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Such a fabulous stay. Janis was friendly, helpful and a gracious host. Property had so many amenities and house had everything needed for a stay. There was lots of room and hosts provide so many helpful items. My only regret is we didn’t stay longer and take advantage of all the wonderful things we had at our disposal. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area. 10/10.

Sprout Lake excellence

We were in Port Alberni for a function that took up most of our time there which meant we didn't have enough time at the lake. We will definitely stay again if we have the chance to be back in the valley. We would have loved to spend more time in the lake and relaxing at the dock. Thanks Martin for a great stay!

Exceptional Quality Accommodation

The Guest House is absolutely a dream. Everything is totally perfect with amazing attention to detail. Added luxury with having use of the jetty with sun loungers, canoes, cabanas - too many to list there is nothing they dont cater for. The most amazing host and nedt place we have stayed.

Stay on Lake Sproat

The property is stunning. It is a true home from home. Probably the most comfortable bed weve ever slept in, the sheets are so soft and smooth. The location cannot be beaten, right on the lake, with fantastic sunsets. There are even kayaks to use. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Absolutely Beautiful

Pristine lakefront property nestled in the trees - our guesthouse was clean, quiet and very comfortable. At night the sound of crickets lulled us to sleep and in the morning there was a small family of deer passing through. Janis is an amazing, thoughtful hostess and we will definitely be coming back!
