“This is a non smoking facility but the room we were given smelled horribly of cigarette smoke, the smoke alarm was removed from the ceiling. We alerted the front desk and was told he would alert the manager to the missing smoke alarm. “bed was so hight I could not get in it. I would up stepping up on my suitcase. The front desk had no idea how to help
getting in and out for the bathroom was a hassle. I recommend having a stool to help short people .
