Whisky Creek Beach Beachcomber Cottage Sullo Stretto Di Juan De Fuca

Whiskey Creek Beach NW ha una vista meravigliosa sulla Scala di Juan De Fuca. Il bellissimo BeachComber Cottage si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Puoi vedere le cascate canadesi e rilassarti, o portare la tua barca per alcune delle migliori attività di pesca e pesca nel Pacifico nord-occidentale. Non dimenticherai mai questo posto! Trasformalo in una tradizione di famiglia! Abbiamo anche cabine sul lungomare aggiuntive, spazi camper completi e tenda da campeggio. Vi preghiamo di contattarci per la disponibilità.

Questo caratteristico cottage è un vero gioiello! Amerai le decorazioni rustiche e la vista è semplicemente imbattibile. Accesso privato, il proprio focolare all'aperto, tavolo da picnic e persino un bellissimo giardino fiorito nella parte anteriore. Dispone di una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e soppalco con un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. Bel divano in pelle nella zona giorno e un tavolo da pranzo. Cucina completa con pentole, utensili, caffettiera, frigorifero e forno a microonde. Fai una breve passeggiata fino alla spiaggia privata e ammira tramonti mozzafiato, splendide distese di marea, aquile calve, foche, lontre e persino occasionali balene di passaggio. I vicini ingressi del Parco Nazionale Olimpico (Sol Duc, Hurricane Ridge), la foresta pluviale di Hoh, Cape Flattery rendono questa località un eccellente "campo base" da cui è possibile esplorare la penisola olimpica. Durante l'inverno e l'autunno, goditi la vera natura del Pacifico nord-occidentale proprio dalla veranda dove puoi osservare le alte maree, i temporali e la fitta nebbia marina occasionale dal comfort della tua accogliente cabina. Adorerai questo posto!

C'è anche una bella culla disponibile per letti aggiuntivi. Cammina fino alla spiaggia di ciottoli su questa proprietà privata e goditi la vista sullo Stretto di Juan De Fuca e sulle Cascate canadesi. Vieni pronto a disconnettersi e rilassarsi. Such a cute place! Booked the cottage for a one night stay with a group of 5. The place was so charming and cozy. We woke up to the most amazing view of the water. Will definitely be back!

We loved our stay, the cabin is great, great views and the area is so peaceful, but it needs better signs on the roads, it was very confusing to get to the cabin, the navigator kept trying to lead us through private properties and we kept going around for like an hour until we found it.

Beautiful Property

Wonderful property overlooking the sound. Nice tidal pools to explore, basketball hoop and a fire pit. Our family had a great time exploring the coastline.

Wonderful Stay

Very cute little cabin by the lake. Plenty of pots and pans to cook with. French press for coffee in the morning. Beautiful view. Wood was nearby for purchase. Great stay.

One night cozy stay

Came for just one night with a few friends and it was perfect for us to crash after exploring Olympic and wake up to the beautiful view and beach just a short walk away. The beds were very comfortable and it’s a small place but cozy. Management was very communicative.

Girls Weekend

This was a perfect getaway for four women friends! Close to Salt Creek and tidepooling. Beds and the sea breeze were great. Beachcomber cottage was so charming and well-appointed. The outside environs are a bit cluttered is only drawback. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous getaway by the coast

Took my friends kids here and we loved it. The cottage itself is gorgeous, and while it is in a shared location I still felt it was private enough. We enjoyed soaking up the sun on the porch, playing basketball on the court, and sitting on the swing that overlooks the water. There is wifi but I recommend not using it and using this place as an opportunity to disconnect :) I would love to come back and try one of the cabins right on the coast!

Cute quaint getaway

Wow we were so impressed at the marine themed decor and cuteness of the Beachcomber. It was definitely a sweet get away. The full sized fridge and layout of the place was very sweet. The water heater was very loud and the loft floors were quite creaky when we walked. Other wise, Rachel was very responsive when we asked for more lighting in the kitchen because the lift above was acting weird and not functioning. They said they were going to investigate it so that was great to hear. All in all it was great sweet place to stay. I loved the many sweet dwellings they had on the property to rent out all within a walk down to the beach. Thank you!

Beautiful location but overpriced for what it is

The property is smaller than listed and has very steep ladder/ stairs to loft. The kitchen was not stocked well. There was a single knife, dirty baking sheets, no bottle opener and no bbq on site which we were counting on. The smoke alarm went off twice when trying to cook bacon and burgers because there is no cooking vent. The back deck was the best part about the place with beautiful views of the water. The memory foam beds were good too. Our stay felt like a cross between camping and staying in a house and seemed overpriced for what it is.

Lovely house- but not outside

The place is great. It's cute, has all the comfy beds and well stocked kitchen, comfortable lounge chairs and sofa. The shower was an adventure and read the instructions in the house for best operation! The climb to the room upstairs is VERY steep and VERY narrow. Outside the property was the hardest for me. Lot's of junk and workshop type stuff. It felt like I was in the middle of someone else's property. A big bus sat in the yard just above and a cluttered garage of tools, parts, a car basically in the front yard. Not a deal breaker, but for me it was off-putting and I felt a little deceived by the picture/description. Also by the hard sell to rate the place highly. Otherwise- it was good for the overnight.

Great Location / Stairs of Death

I loved the cabin. It was just what I was looking for. A short walk to the beach, very nicely decorated, good beds, and more. The only negative is the stairs of death to the loft. Calling them stairs is being generous. They are more like a ladder. It was tricky to get down them at night. My kids (8 & 10) had to back down them to be safe. Which is a shame because overall the place was great. The decorations in the loft were great. (I seriously wonder how they got the bed up there.) We stayed two nights, and I would again. Also, the hot water is a little fiddly. I was easiest to set the temperature on the hot water heater itself, rather than play with the hot and cold knobs in the shower. I just set it to 100 degrees and everyone had a great shower.

Excellent place to relax

To be honest, I was worried that this place was going to be too small for the 3 of us, but we all loved it! The loft is well furnished and spacious with a wonderful view of the straits (and a very comfy bed!). As expected, the stairs were a bit of a challenge for my husband and myself, but we managed (even in the dark). The water heater takes a bit of getting used to, but we learned to make it work. The view from the deck is awesome, but the large French doors made it so we could enjoy the view even when it was raining. In all the times I’ve rented in the PNW, this was the first time we had a gas range! The fridge was clean and big enough for all of our stuff. We went bicycling at Lake Crescent one day and it was much closer than I thought it was. I recommend going out there either walking or biking. It’s just beautiful. You will need to bring all of your own food, there was no pantry at all. We would definitely rent this place again, the Whisky Creek Campground also has a lot of cabins, tent camping and RV parking as well. Great place!

Cute little cottage on the water. We got the most AMAZING view of the stars at night. Unbelievable. Plus had some company from the local kitty. Close drives to Port Angeles and ONP. Loved our stay.
