“Amazing views and the host offered me great insight into the area and history of Jamaica and Kingston It is NOT close to the actual city. I would NOT use a rental car to commute there. Use a cab or Uber only. It costs about 10-15 dollars (US) each way to the Half Tree area and a little more for other popular sites. It was clean and I felt safe the whole time”

“you are basically their hostage, as they lock you behind an iron gated entry and you have no key. no privacy or freedom. also this is located in bad part of town”

Marie, die Nanny der Unterkunft, war super gastfreundlich und hat leckeres Abendessen für uns gekocht. Die Aussicht ist wirklich atemberaubend und man kann sich an diesem Ort wunderbar entspannen. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft wirklich jedem der in Port Antonio ist und eine Unterkunft sucht. ”

“The property was home-like and inviting. Clean and well organized. The surroundings were gardenlike with a variety of trees and rest areas well spaced. There was an abundance of shade from the tropical sun. in short it was like nature arranged like a micro botanical garden. The night air was cool and temperate, no need for an air conditioner although it was available.”

La struttura e' una villetta a due piani sulla collina di Sant Andrew, una località alla periferia di Kingston, comunque a 20 minuti dal centro e 40/45 dall'aeroporto. La casa è immersa nel verde e quei 300 metri di altitudine fanno la differenza riguardo alle temperature e l'umidità che si riscontrano giù in città , specialmente nel periodo in cui ho soggiornato che era a metà Novembre, cioè non ancora in inverno pieno.
