“Jim was great, condo was clean and well equipt. We stayed 2 weeks and would return. We found over 1000 sharks teeth at the local beaches! There are 2 clubs across the cove that play live music until 10 p.m.”

“There is a coffee and ice cream shop next-door. Did not use the amenities at all nor did I look at them. The rooms do need updating but would not keep me from staying there again as it is a reasonable priced property. The front desk staff is amazing! So helpful! You get a parking pass or downtown for your car which is great! ”

“A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel.”

“Overall decent place, it’s next to a gas station on one side and alcohol store on the other property is clean rooms are up to date… stayed for 5 nights had to ask for towels rooms were never cleaned or checked for clean towels etc.. asked for late check out even was willing to pay nope he said th room needed to be cleaned best of all VACANCY sign was lite up the whole time ”

“The kitchen was fully equipped and ready with outdoor gas grill, small appliances and plenty of cooking/ baking pans. We could choose to cook in or go out.
The linens were all very clean... smelled so fresh! Lots of little amenities... small coolers and beach chairs to use, toiletries, cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies(i.e. foil, saran wrap). We got spoiled in the recliners... and on the back balcony overlooking the cove. You can fish off the two docks. The outdoor seating area was lovely....

“They put me in the room closest to the highway and with an adjoining room. I could barely sleep with the noise of cars zooming up and down the highway and the person next door blaring the TV watching some kind of action movie. The room was small and had a crack under the door to the outside which let in the cold air and the A/C unit blew cold air even thought I set it for HEAT. Continental breakfast was lame.”

“Nice room. Very good refrigerator and microwave. Only issue, there was no place to set anything in the shower. You had to put your soap, shampoo,etc in the floor of the shower. Not very practicle to keep bending over. The shower was very clean as was the whole room.”
