'KC Sunshine' è una spaziosa casa sul lungomare con 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni in una posizione incantevole e tranquilla. Questa casa è molto vicina a moltissimi negozi e al centro commerciale Port Charlotte Town Centre, a decine di ristoranti di ogni genere a soli 5 minuti e varie attrazioni. Punta Gorda, con il suo centro storico e Fisherman's Village, sono solo 10 minuti in auto. Il nuovo riscaldatore per piscina a pompa di calore (nuovo nel 2018) mantiene la piscina calda e confortevole anche nei giorni nuvolosi dell'anno! Vuoi andare in spiaggia? Molti dei migliori SW della Florida sono solo a breve distanza!

Creati pensando alla famiglia, sarai sicuramente in grado di goderti tutto, dato che la nostra casa offre agli ospiti molti servizi meravigliosi! La tua piscina privata e il molo si trovano proprio nel cortile sul retro e offrono divertimento per nuotare, viste fantastiche sulla fauna selvatica e pesca e crabbing eccellenti al largo del molo - e un posto per attraccare la tua barca! La piscina scintillante è riscaldata e ha un baldacchino.

4 camere da letto! La nuova e fresca master suite principale con letto matrimoniale ha il proprio bagno privato, cabina armadio e accesso diretto alla piscina. Ci sono due camere da letto arredate di recente con letti matrimoniali e la quarta camera da letto ha 2 letti singoli.

L'accesso wireless a Internet ad alta velocità è disponibile per coloro che preferiscono la navigazione web alla navigazione d'onda.

C'è un nuovo HDTV Smart 4K da 55 pollici, un lettore DVD e un sistema stereo nella Great Room per il tuo piacere di visione e ascolto.

June Family Trip

This house is amazing. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lots of space and on the canal and a pool. Close to Englewood Beaches and lots of restaurants. Great vacation!

Home away from home

Beautiful cozy property, felt like home away from home! In quiet cozy neighborhood- minutes from grocery stores/ restaurants Had all the necessities, beautiful property, the best gathering space to see my sister in law. The kids played in the pool until the sun went down. This was an amazing trip that worked out great for my family.

Perfect Work/Play Location

The house was clean and spacious. We had plenty of room to do work and spend time with family. The pool and the dock were utilized and enjoyed. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Both the owners( Ken and Cindy) and the property manager(Donna) were helpful, responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home

The house was exactly as its listed, very clean, plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful inside and out, right on the canal so we enjoyed some fishing in between our day trips around florida. The pool was an added bonus very clean and refressing after a long day in the sun.The owners responded quickly to any messages sent, they even sent us recommendations on places to eat and visit while in the area. They also helped us by recommending one of the neighbors for a fishing charter and we couldnt have asked for a better captain or charter. Overall I highly recommend staying here, we will stay here again soon hopefully. Many great memories made and an amazing house we called home for the week. Thank you

Home away from home!

We booked to stay for Christmas as family lives just on the other side of the canal. The house was great, very spacious and has everything you need. Unfortunately it was a bit cool so the pool only got used once. Coffee on the dock and the deck every morning were a must! The wildlife was amazing, fish, birds unfortunately no manatees while we stayed. Neighbors were nice and the property manager checked in on us day one to make sure we had all we needed and to let us know she was just a few houses away should we need her. We will definitely look to book again!

Home Away From Home

Our family has been using Vrbo to rent vacation homes for years! This is by far our favorite vacation home! We have a large family with kids ranging from 2 to 22. There was something for everyone to do here! It has a beautiful boat dock to dock your boat and fish off of. We even pulled in a few crabs from the dock! The kids enjoyed the pool and they even had pool floats, water blasters, goggles and pool towels! We enjoyed movie time in the evenings with movie theater seating and enough room for the whole family to come together. The kitchen was completely furnished with anything you would ever need to make a meal. They even had spices for people like me who always forget something! It seemed as though each small item I forgot at home they had there making vacation time a vacation instead of several trips back and forth to the store to get that one last thing. There are several beautiful beaches within a half hour drive and lots of great restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this home if you are looking for a nice relaxing vacation with plenty of stuff to keep the family entertained!

Clean and Quiet

We all enjoyed our stay. Caught several fish from the dock and the kids loved having the pool available. The furniture and beds were comfortable. I loved being able to see the kids, whether on the dock or in the pool, from the living area thru the sliding glass doors. Thanks to Donna for being available and William... young neighborhood boy... for the fishing tips!

December to remember

This was an easy experience to rent and stay... The hosts, property manager and neighbors were great. The home was comfortable and spotless. The pool was great, The dock was perfect to relax and catch a few fish. Theres a lot to do nearby. Riding the provided bikes to Port Charlotte Beach is nice if you want a little easy beach time. Would absolutely rent again!

We had had flight deals getting to Florida and also on return flight home and they were extremely accommodating. The home was absolutely beautiful and well cared for. We enjoyed the best accommodation we ever could hope for. We wished we had another week to stay. We will definitely return and rent this home again next year. Thank you for such a great home shared.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at your house and would definitely stay again. The only thing I would recommend changing is the showerheads. I am a shorter person and the showerheads are to high to get the pressure to rinse my hair (maybe a handheld would work better).

Very comfortable and roomy!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The house was roomy and had all we needed for the long weekend. Everyone enjoyed fishing at the dock and swimming in the pool. The kitchen was set up with items needed to prepare basic meals and more. Beds were comfortable and having a TV in each room allowed individuals to relax on their own when they wanted. I thought it was perfect for our family to meet and spend time together.

Pictures did not do this property justice!!

Despite a tropical storm we had an amazing time during our family vacation! The pictures do not do this house justice. We were very surprised by the spaciousness of the home. The master bedroom was larger than we expected and had a large bathroom and bath walk-in closet. The two bedrooms with the queen beds were also a good size, as well as the other bedroom with the twin beds. The beds were comfortable as were the couches. The property manager, Donna, was available to answer any questions, or give suggestions, at any time we needed her. The pool was large enough for the 8 of us to enjoy as well. The first few days we were there there was a section of the screen (around pool) missing due to a storm which allowed bugs in. I messaged Donna and she let me know they already had the work order in to have the screen replaced and it would be done as soon as they were able to get there. By Thursday morning the screen was fixed and the bug issue resolved!! My husband enjoyed fishing in the canals even though he didn’t catch anything. We did see a 4ft shark swimming in the canals!! Everything is as it is listed on the accommodations. Check in and out was easy!! We would most definitely come back to stay at this property!!
