Experience the perfect waterfront getaway in this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Port Charlotte, FL! Located right on the water, enjoy fishing right from your backyard and stunning views. The updated home features a beautiful kitchen, spacious living areas, and comfortably sleeps 6-7 guests. The town offers a relaxed, beachy vibe with plenty of local charm. Whether you're relaxing by the water or exploring the area, this is the ideal retreat for your next vacation!
Enjoy the kayaks, fishing, and some cocktails at sunset. Close to shops and restaraunts in downtown Punta Gorda. Enjoy world class Tarpon fishing. Twenty minutes to gorgeous Englewood beach. A short bike ride to Port Charlotte public beach. Just bring a toothbrush and bathing suit!
There is a pull out couch and also an air mattress if a 7th guest. The beds are all new and oh so comfy mattresses!
The entire living area has a view of the water and dock out back. Enjoy nature right from your living room on the electric reclining sofa. Enjoy coffee or an evening cocktail on the Dock as the sun sets. Watch Dolphins and manatees swim by.
Enjoy a luxurious private tropical retreat in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Guests can use the fishing poles and kayaks. And bikes.

The villa was fabulous, tastefully decorated but maintained a home from home feel, it was very clean and the host had left some thoughtful little touches, the beds were also extremely comfortable. The area was quiet and well maintained and provided us with easy access to visit places like Cape Coral Fort Myers etc. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and Publix & Walmart were about a 7 minute drive away. Excellent communication from our host and I would highly recommend a stay here, the photos don't really do it justice.

Kevin’s house was impeccable. This is a wonderful location in a very nice neighborhood. Our first time on the west coast of Florida and this location gave us the opportunity to really explore the area. The house was very clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed the house and thank the Williams family for the use of this great home. We hope to visit again in the future.

Great house for a short stay. We were in the area for fishing tournament and the property was just right for us. House was super clean and had everything you need. Really appreciate the simple check in and out with a great common sense set of rules. Also enjoyed the nice quiet neighborhood. Thanks for having us.

Great Stay

Canal home, had to go to Port Charlotte beach boat ramp to launch kayaks. Home was central to lots of activities. Home was modern, clean and great for family gathering
