This is an older home that simply has not been well-maintained. It needs a professional, deep cleaning. Dishwasher and washer needs to be replaced. New baking pans, towels, washclothes, pillows, etc are also needed. The pool needs much better maintenance as well. The location is good although the road is a bit busy. The lanai is nice and has comfortable furniture as does the living room. Mattresses were good. The management company was also very responsive.
