“Basic hotel, but clean and inexpensive”

“Looks run-down…both inside and outside. Staff seemed distracted during my check-in…took a long time when I already had a reservation.”

The park across the street is shady with lots of picnic tables.The house is in perfect condition. The open kitchen and family room make hanging out with family easy. “The house was very nice. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was a nice size and Daryl left us snacks to enjoy. We loved the porch and the hot tub. Everything we needed to cook was available. We didn't have to buy any of the essentials needed. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Perfect place to stay! Close to Cedar Point, Rye Beach (private/included with house rental), Lighthouse, and many other great beaches and parks. Property was properly maintained. Comes with everything you need to be comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Only bad thing I could say is SPIDERS! Not fault of property owners. Huge spiders outside living on the beautiful deck. Bring bug spray if visiting during warm months. Other than that I would recommend this place to anyone. Cheers!”
