Gardenwalk Crest & Dock House Spaziosa camera da letto 3, 1. 5 bagni, vista mare a casa. Mentre prendi il breve viaggio attraverso Raspberry Lane, la prima cosa che realizzerai è che è il perfetto mix di privacy e comodità. Le curve della strada corta con il porto, così puoi camminare a destra in città, o goderti la tranquilla serenità del tuo luogo di vacanza. Situato su una lieve altura di terra, questa posizione si affaccia sul villaggio e sul porto di Port Clyde, con vista oltre le isole vicine a Muscongus Bay. Al vostro arrivo è possibile parcheggiare all'interno del garage della baia o in uno dei due posti fuori strada di fronte al garage. La casa è situata su un ampio terreno in pendenza con prati graziosi e un spettacolare giardino di fiori curato professionalmente. Appena sotto il ponte si trova il giardino di taglio con una passerella di pietra tortuosa che conduce al molo e completamente ristrutturato e arredato "fish-shack" con pontile privato - perfetto per intrattenere, leggere, dipingere, disegnare o semplicemente guardare la flotta locale di aragoste portare in la loro cattura. Non troverai carenza di ispirazione in questa splendida località. Il giardino e l'area del prato sono ideali per allestire cavalletti, fotografie, osservare farfalle o vedere una grande varietà di uccelli. Qui l'acqua è a marea, quindi dovrai affrontare le tue avventure di nuoto con le maree, tuttavia c'è il vicino Drift Inn Beach per tuffi più spontanei! Il Port Clyde General Store è a soli 5 minuti e dispone di ormeggi da affittare per la vostra comodità. Si entra in questa bella casa attraverso la cucina che ha un aspetto moderno. Il design attraente delle scaffalature offre la certezza immediata di avere tutto il necessario per cenare. Prepara i tuoi piatti preferiti o sperimenta con piatti locali come l'aragosta del Maine appena pescata! La cucina ha una vasta gamma con forno, un frigorifero in acciaio di dimensioni standard con fabbricatore di ghiaccio e acqua filtrata, una lavastoviglie e tutte le stoviglie, utensili e pentole di cui potreste aver bisogno. Non importa se stai guardando uno show televisivo, giochi da tavolo / giochi di carte, sei accoccolato sul divano con un bicchiere di vino, o forse stai solo riposando sul divano con una coperta morbida e un libro, il senso di il relax ti lava appena sopra. La grande TV a schermo piatto ha il cavo di base, è predisposta per internet e c'è un lettore Blu-ray. Se preferisci stare fuori nell'aria dell'oceano, le porte della sala da pranzo ti porteranno su un ponte che si affaccia sull'oceano. Accanto alla terza camera da letto è un bagno completo che ha un bagno, bella zona trucco con lavandino e specchio, una doccia piastrelle e una vasca da bagno di grandi dimensioni. The property is beautifully maintained and comfortable for 6 adults. We enjoyed a perfect fall week, with views of the active harbor, walks, and day-trips to explore the area. We return every year to enjoy the beauty of Port Clyde and the surrounding areas - nothing like it!

The house is spectacular, this was at least our fourth time renting it....brand new with the best kitchen and cooking implements; the view is one of the best from any house in Maine of a working harbor that is stunning and always has activity.

We had a gorgeous week of August weather and enjoyed the views. Nice location, near town. Overall we felt the property was overpriced. Relatively small rooms. No good access to ocean for swimming or boating. Kitchen appliances need replacement. Have been coming to Port Clyde for 30 years, disappointed the general Store not rebuilt. If you are looking for gorgeous views and a near to town location and the price doesn’t give you pause, this property is good

Veronika Carlson and Linda Bean’s Perfect Maine Vacation Rentals are wonderful. They have several properties on the Maine Coast, Port Clyde area. We have stayed in three over the past year or so, with absolutely no complaints. They know the business and are responsive to all needs and requests.

Luxurious digs

Nicest house we've ever rented in Maine. Beautifully laid out with high quality furniture, bedding, kitchen wares and tasteful, original art. It's a premium product in a lovely spot. The wrap-around deck, spacious lawn, and meticulously maintained garden are icing on the cake. We had a great time and already booked a repeat visit in 2025.

Charming Coastal Village

Gardenwalk Crest House is a lovely home perched on a beautifully landscaped, sloped lot overlooking a working harbor. The grounds are covered with lush gardens of blooming perennials. The house was stocked with every essential for cooking family meals and furnished for comfortable lounging. The walls of windows provided natural light and beautiful views. The bedrooms were comfortable, all with views to the harbor and Hupper Island. The location is walkable to everything in Port Clyde including the ferry to Monhegan Island. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck every evening waiting for the sun to set. Our pup was content watching the birds, boats and neighbor's cat. We will definitely book again.

Charming and well equipped home with absolutely stunning garden and yard. Completely relaxing and quiet. Spent one day on trip to Monhegan Island( walked to ferry). Highly recommend! The Schoolhouse Bakery in Tenants Harbor supplied us with great bread and pastries. As others have mentioned, the port next door does have a lot of commotion around 3 am.

Amazing View

We spent a relaxing week enjoying this beautiful home and didn’t want to leave. The panoramic view, loads of windows, comfortable furniture and beautiful artwork are just a few of the things that make this an extra special house. Each day, our dog was anxious to explore the area and sit on the deck with us. Looking forward to returning!!!

Just perfect

We loved this property. The garden was perfectly bordered and maintained which made the dog stay easier. The house was outfitted with everything we could possibly need. The views were exactly what we wanted. The bedrooms had king sized beds (in 2 of them). The house was also perfectly decorated. Loved it! Coming back soon.

Lovely Home

The Gardenwalk house is a lovely home with beautiful views of the harbor and nearby islands. We spent many hours enjoying the deck and the fire pit. The house was very clean and well-kept. The beds were very comfortable and the noise of the harbor early in the morning was not a problem for anyone in our family — I did turn the fans on at night to provide white noise which may have made a difference. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Port Clyde.

Wonderful Village spot with Privacy

As always, Veronika’s property did not disappoint! Beautiful home in a great village location but still with a nice amount of privacy. We were pleasantly surprised by hours of viewing the vibrant Northern Lights from the deck, overlooking the harbor. Great spot for family fun with plenty of activities for parents and children of any age. The rooms were beautiful and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is more than adequate and very well equipped for any meal you can dream up. We come to Maine several times a year and this is one of our favorite spots. Huge thanks to Veronika once again!!! We’ll be back!

Restoration by the sea

We have been coming to Port Clyde for over 25 years and it never disappoints. Started renting Linda Bean’s places around 10 years ago. This was our first time in this home and it was lovely! The only bad thing we experienced was the co2 detector went off 2x due to heavy fog, alarmingly in the middle of the night, but the property manager was incredibly responsive, helpful, and very knowledgeable putting our minds at ease. A minor blip compared to all the magic we experienced during our time there. We are grateful to have had our dream vacation in this very special place. Thank you for renting this home to us!

Wonderful property and location!

My teen sons and I spent a week here and absolutely loved it!. The house, garden, and dock house are all beautiful. There were so many thoughtful touches provided that made us feel so welcomed and at home. The views are amazing (I think I could spend a whole summer just sitting on the deck!) We enjoyed being able to walk to the general store, dinner at the Dip Net (their scallops were amazing), the ice cream shop, the Puffin Boat Tour and the Kayak rental place. With the exception of a few rainy days (but we were there a bit ahead of season), everything about the rental experience and our stay was perfect! Frankly, the house being so wonderful made the rainy days relaxing and enjoyable "down time" for our family. We hope to come back next year!

Lovely Port Clyde Stay

We had an ideal family vacation in Port Clyde at 8 Raspberry Lane. We have been coming to Maine and St George Peninsula for 16 years but this was our first time staying directly in the village/harbor of Port Clyde. The home itself was incredibly comfortable (the beds!!) and the furnishings and decor were very elevated for a rental (beautiful artwork, incredibly comfortable beds, top of the line kitchen equipment, furniture, etc). Best of all was the wrap around view from the living room and the deck, which was gorgeous. We also took advantage of the very sweet fishing cottage down below for games of cards at night and sitting by the fire pit, which was such a unique feature of the house. The location was mostly perfect because we were traveling with not-yet-driving-teenagers so they were able to walk easily to town and visit the general store, the ice cream shop, and the coffee shop. As a family we also took walks to the lighthouse which is a must. The one issue for some might be the close proximity to the lobster pound, which we didn't realize how close it was. A huge plus is that we were able to buy lobsters directly off the dock and the price could not be beat. But the docks were lit up and busy at all hours of the night and from the bedroom you could hear trucks and workers coming and going at 1am, 3am. For us we would stay again because of all the other wonderful features and we like a little activity, but if you want solitude then this might not be the right spot.

If I were to have a Maine summer home this would be it!

We loved our stay here! PROS: The house is extremely comfortable with plenty of space for our family of four, my mother-in-law & our dog. It is well-appointed with everything you could possibly need. The decor is quintessential Maine very charming. The location is fantastic, we walked into Port Clyde in minutes for meals, shopping, as well as catching boats for a puffin tour & Monhegan Island. It is a short distance to Drift Inn beach, which is lovely at low tide. It is a short ride to surrounding towns with much to offer. Despite much fog & rain, we still had a wonderful time. The home has an awesome toy closet & multiple spaces to read, watch TV, and relax. The view from the deck is amazing. There is plenty of outdoor space to entertain if vacationing in close proximity to friends & family. The property manager was easy to reach & very helpful. CONS: No A/C if that is something you are looking for. It was cool for us & there are fans provided, so we were ok. Given the location, & that harbor work starts very early in the morning, 4 AM-ish, with windows open, this can wake you. Check in and check out as listed on VRBO is 5 pm and 9 am, but is actually 4 pm and 10 am. There is one full bath & one half bath, I missed this & thought there were 2 full. Finally you will find yourself doing some housework before checking out including washing/drying all towels, stripping beds & starting first load & vacuuming with a heavy, awkward vacuum. This dampened my vacation buzz a bit.

Lovely spot on a working harbor

Loved Port Clyde, especially being able to walk the short distance into the village: meals on the water, ice cream, breakfast & shopping at the Port Clyde General Store, the Wyeth and Barbara Ernst Prey galleries, hopping the boat to Monhegan for a day of hiking, and a wonderful walk to the Marshall Point lighthouse. Loved the quirky, charming, rocky Drift In beach; and watching the lobster boats on the harbor. Some in our group rented kayaks which were dropped right at the boathouse, very convenient! The house was extremely clean and neat, and HGTV perfect. (We kinda missed the "vintage" Maine spirit, but we're probably the outliers). And Veronika couldn't have been more responsive to the few questions we had upon arrival. Especially helpful was the warning about the July 4th fireworks right in front of our deck. Long, loud, and beautiful, with the best seats in the house (if you're not a dog!) Only quirk of the house was the lack of cabinet space for storing groceries. And the lack of basic condiments and gen'l cooking supplies other than salt/pepper (sugar, mustard, etc.) we've always found in rentals over the years. This was our first VRBO – friends tell us that's typical. Otherwise, kitchen was expertly fitted out (if a bit tight to get around with six prepping for a meal.) One negative, the pics didn't quite alert us to the view of the road/trucks/work activity directly in front of the property. But the glorious garden between house and road helped make up for it!

Beautiful Location in Port Clyde

Beautiful property and tremendous location in Port Clyde. You can walk into town for dinner and the views are stunning. The house is well decorated and has everything you need in a kitchen (yes, even a waffle maker). It is a quiet street but overlooks a lobster pound...so the time (4:00 a.m.) and saltiness of the language can be a bit much when it gets loud but I'm a heavy sleeper and it's not the owners fault. No Air conditioning in the home but we stayed during a very warm week and there is always a refreshing breeze coming off the water (on this peninsula). We were worried about the heat but it was a non-issue (despite the very warm temps). We had one issue with the refrigerator...it kept beeping because of the cooling fan. Called Veronika and Chip (maintenance guy) arrived on a Sunday night 30 minutes later so responsive there. In short, I would stay there again or at another property with this group.
