Vacanze Port d'Addaia

Super vicino al centro, molto bello il giardino pulito e riservato

Nice experience very comfortable nice swimming pool

Tutto molto piacevole

We had a fantastic stay at ARTIEM Apartments in Mahón. The apartments were clean, well equipped, and in a great location, but the real highlight was the staff, particularly Andrea and Paula. They genuinely couldn’t do enough to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to help made a real difference. If there is any opportunity to recognise outstanding service, I would wholeheartedly recommend Andrea and Paula. They are a real credit to the team and deserve recognition for the excellent service they provide. The only area I would suggest improving is the pool canopy. On one particularly hot day, it was closed and couldn’t be opened, which made the pool area uncomfortably hot. On another day, when it was cold and very windy, the canopy was open, again making the pool area difficult to enjoy. It would be great if more staff had the ability to open and close it as needed, or if arrangements could be put in place to adjust it according to the weather. Other than this small point, we had a wonderful stay. The location was great, the apartments were lovely and clean, and they had everything we needed. Most importantly, the staff were genuinely exceptional. We would happily recommend ARTIEM Apartments.
