The check-in process was easy, and the instructions were very clear. Even though there was no front desk staff on site, we had no trouble checking in. “I know this isn't a five star property, but the office staff could make some effort. I am tired of staff who treat guests like they're an inconvenience. This could explain why the parking lot was half empty during my week's stay. On the other hand, the housekeeping staff were delightful and very engaging. They made me feel welcome and valued.
