“I like the location of this hotel, close to attractions we visited. The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff was very helpful! The hotel was quiet at night. Plenty of parking at the hotel. Nice breakfast buffet provided.”

The first time, the new owners had just bought it and explained that they were trying to fix it up from the old owners and apologized for the condition (cleanliness, tv’s not working, etc). “We were told it would be a non-smoking room, and booked our trip. When we got in the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke inside the room, which we thought would dissipate. After three hours, the smell got worse, and there was a heavy smell of marijuana around, probably from someone in another room. Also, there was a lot of pet hair on the bed. My wife was pregnant so she was physically nauseous due to the smells and we had to leave. Management promised us a refund, but later the story changed and...
