“Great staff”

“We were upgraded to a suite upon check in which was wonderful. It was spacious. There was only about 6 Kleenex and enough toilet paper for 4 uses so when we realized in the middle of the night there was no more toilet paper that was frustrating. Then coming home from a concert at 1am our keys didn’t work in the elevator so we had to go to the desk to get them reactivated. So it was an hassle. Other than that the staff was lovely.”

“The property is old hence the room had a strong and sticky smell of a very old wooden house. It didn’t look well maintained too.”

“The night from hell. There was techno music all night long right under my room, so loud my teeth were vibrating all night. I slept for exactly 1 hour. I found out when I got there that the washroom was down the hall, not in the room. It was hot and stuffy but no A/C and no screens on the windows to keep flys out. “Everything was excellent our only complaint was the air and farm smell (poo) constantly in our room Hotel was clean, staff was kind, poor was great. Parking was good.”
