Beautiful, sunny 2/3-room apartment with a balcony offering panoramic views of the Petite Mer de Gâvres in the Les Portulans residence (built in 2005). "Relaxation and tranquility guaranteed." It features an entrance hall with a closet, a spacious living room with a sofa bed (double bed currently being installed) with sea views and access to a balcony and terrace, a bedroom with sea views and a closet (double bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Two parking spaces are available at the foot of the residence. The apartment has Wi-Fi access. All amenities are within walking distance. The accommodation is a 20-minute drive from Lorient and 5 minutes by waterbus.

*Cleaning: We require that the bins, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. If you have opted for the linen service, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
