“The staff!!! Absolutely amazing. I had booked the wrong night on a non-refundable price, I called them, there was no problem switching it but they would have a higher room charge (consistent with best prices online). We arrived and they said they wouldn't charge the extra as they dropped the price for the night. They did not have to do that so you know they are genuine good guys.
