“It’s a beautiful hotel—well-presented, clean, and overall lovely. However, the staff experience was disappointing. We arrived for check-in after 4 PM (around 4:30), and our room wasn’t ready. We had an event at 6 PM and needed to prepare, yet we waited 20 to 30 minutes. While they offered two complimentary drinks, I would have preferred timely access to the room. “Really awesome stay on the Bonus Vita, I would fully recommend this fun experience of sleeping on the private yacht. Easy access and parking nearby.”

“Overall, our stay was satisfactory, and we appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff was. Unfortunately, the bathroom in our room had a very strong mold smell. The odor was so noticeable that we needed to keep the bathroom door closed and the windows open throughout our stay just to make the room tolerable for sleeping.”
