“Beware hidden costs. Hotel is nice, they oversold and we had to be put in a room on a separate floor to our children in the first night. The staff were friendly and apologetic but it still took them until 5pm the next day to spurt out the room we had paid for. But that wasn’t the really annoying bit. Could’ve lived with that as overall it’s a lovely hotel, with a nice nostalgic vibe. However between a daily $50 Urban Experience Fee (which is mandatory and little more than a hidden tax) and...
