“Horrible experience in this property, i booked an ocean front room for my stay and i received a room on a first floor overlooking the gazebo roof and a little bit of an ocean in a distance Throughout my stay they were doing a construction work in multiple locations in a resort and paving a parking lot which made parking horrible, One of the main pools is closed(supposedly for few months now) so the other pool was packed with people, also they don’t provide room service, which i never heard...

Tiny coffee maker but no way to plug that in unless you sat it on the stove and used that same outlet. Ceiling fan missing a blade. Water was brownish yellow”

“The reception was excellent and If I may mention Ms. Michelle was excellent, she was professional and very courteous she made our first time very comforting. The housekeeping staff were also excellent. Daily breakfast was someone limited in options but still tasty. The accommodation ( room) was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Washers and dryers were available for purposes needed.”

“I had a very disturbing experience staying at this hotel. The room was not clean, and the bed sheets were visibly dirty and stained. This alone was unacceptable, but the situation became much worse after I developed painful skin irritation and open sores during my stay. I am extremely concerned about the cleanliness and sanitation of this property. No guest should have to worry about their health and safety due to unsanitary conditions.
