Dine inside or out. Outdoor wet bar and grill.
Do some laps in the 20 x 40 ft heated pool or just relax and enjoy the privacy.
Hot tub located just outside the spacious master suite.
Enjoy the private lanai surrounded by tropical vegetation.
Fully stocked home with all the comforts you need.
Linens, beach towels, dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, coffee maker all supplied.
Starter supplies in kitchen, laundry and all bathrooms.
Weekly pool and hot tub service.
Beach equipment for you to use.
Spruce Creek is a private, gated community with 24-hr private security patrol. The entrance gates are manned by our security personnel who check-in and register all guests and contractors. There are security cameras at the gates which automatically record all activity. A record is kept of everyone’s driver’s licenses and times of entry. License plates are recorded as well.
North Gate is open 24/7, South Gate is closed overnight.

Amazing VRBO house!

Our family flew down from MI for the week and we had an amazing time. Susan was very responsive and a great host. Spruce Creek is a great neighborhood. We enjoyed being able to land and taxi our plane right up to the house and park on the driveway in front of their hangar. Can't wait to visit next year again!

YOUR OWN RESORT PARADISE

1st Suzanne the owner was always available for questions & help.2nd This place was just amazing, the home spacious with everything you need to get started & every kitchen gadget available.3rd The Patio your own Resort with the large heated pool, hot tub, outside fridge, large table with fire pit seats 8, other chairs for just two to relax, music with Alexa & best of all PRIVACY!! I would give it an 11 if they had bathroom access in the locked hangar, had to walk thru the house wet.Thank you for great vacation

Perfect stay for our Family

Susan and Sean were the best hosts. Check in and check out was a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed. Pots, pans, plates, utensils, extremely well stocked! We didn’t need a single thing! Kids enjoyed the pool and the lanai was the perfect oasis for my morning coffee. Thank you for making our stay great! Will definitely stay here again!

Lovely Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this beautiful property. The owner was in constant contact with us and was able to resolve any issues we had. The home is well appointed and we enjoyed the huge pool. We were impressed with the Spruce Creek Fly In community & enjoyed watching the planes come and go. Don’t hesitate to book this property. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful home/wonderful vacation!

The house was exactly as pictured. It was beautiful and comfortable. We felt at home while we were there. It had everything we needed. Susan checked on us the day we arrived, and she also checked on us mid-week. She was such a gracious host! The home was located in a central area to all the things we wanted to do while on vacation. It was perfect.

Beautiful Home!

It is a beautiful friendly spacious home. Three senior couples shared with plenty of rooms for friends to visit. - Great communication with host.. quick to reply and very informative. - Home is beautifully furnished with updated furnishing. - Home is well stocked with all basic needs. - Best VRBO ever rented. - Great friendly community with an aviation theme. - Very good restaurantv in community for all services from drinks to all meals. Perfect!

We have used several houses for holidays on Spruce Creek this was the best on all fronts. The decor, the choice of cookware, utensils etc is of a high standard. All elements to make our stay a pleasure was provided and thought of. You would be hard pressed to find an improvement on this house

Beautiful Property, amazing hosts!

Susan and Sean were extremely accommodating and responsive to any requests we had. Their property was beautiful. My son enjoyed seeing the planes in the development. He was even able to see one close up from a friendly neighbor. When we had an issue during our stay, Susan and Sean immediately got back to us and remedied our issue. We love Port Orange and could not have been happier with our choice to stay here. The owners made us feel more like family than guests in their home. We will be back!

A Luxe Landing!

This property was beyond delightful! It is all that it shows in the listing and more. 😍 When we arrived it was dusk and lights that sparkled on the palm tree by the pool were a magical welcome. The property is private, clean, and decorated beautifully. Any questions we had were answered immediately by the hosts. I can't think of any vacation spot we loved more. 😎

Gorgeous home with EVERYTHING

Whole family came to Florida to celebrate our son’s graduation from Embry Riddle. This beautiful home was our base of operations. We decided to stay together in a house instead of separate hotel rooms, and we could have never imagined how wonderful the choice would be. The home sits in the famous Spruce Creek Fly-In Community (24 hour gate security). The community is built around a private airport, and many of the houses (including this one) have their hangar behind the house. Our graduating son is a pilot, and he thought it was really awesome that we were staying here. He came and visited many times, which was amazing. The community has a fun restaurant where you can watch the planes come and go - really a fun place. The home itself was stunning. Professionally decorated and completely immaculate with everything needed to meet the needs of 6+ guests, even a selection of beach items for when the ocean beckons. Outside the great room glass wall’s sliding doors are a sparkling clean hot tub and pool, surrounded by gorgeous landscaping - all under a huge screened lanai. Outdoor dining table with integrated fire bowl, outdoor wine bar, chaise lounges, super comfy rockers, Bose music bar - all super private. Inside are a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms with heavenly bedding, an office if you need to do any work, ridiculously comfy seating area with tv and fireplace. Lovely dining table and indoor bar, as well. The owners are SUPER responsive and available - really nice people who love their home. We were treated like friends of the family - they even left a graduation gift for our son! It was absolutely magical to stay here - they even welcomed our beloved family dog. If this were my home, I’m not sure I could let strangers stay here - we felt protective of this lovely place even though it does not belong to us (sadly!) I’m so thankful we had such a great home base for this wonderful family time!

Excellent host and house

The house was very nice, comfortable and clean. Susan was terrific to respond quickly before and during with any questions. The house was well equipped, spacious and enjoyable. We’d stay there again without hesitation.
