NEW Sunshine Gorgeous- 3BD/2BA -Private Backyard!

Location, location, location! Located 1 mile to the beach and close to local restaurants, parks and grocery store! We are located in Port Orange, a small quiet beach town South of Daytona. We are close to the beach, a short 10 minute walk from Daytona Beach! We also close to the charming and beautiful New Smyrna Beach, a short 10 minute drive! This fully renovated beach home is the perfect escape for couples and families!

This Gorgeous House has 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms - Two with Queen Beds and One with two Twin beds. Up To 6 people comfortably!

Newly furnished with Fully equipped kitchen for cooking - stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, keurig and regular coffee maker, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Grill available for use at no extra cost.

Iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Includes linens, towels, Smart 55" HDTV includes 50+ channels and WiFi are included for your entertainment.
Great food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun.

Would not recommend this host or properties to anyone. We were switched to another property due to so called issues with first rental and we were definately downgraded to a hole in the wall with 4 adults and 4 dogs. The place was tiny with barely a yard. We were miserable all weekend and host offered no resolution only excuses.

We do NOT recommend this Rental Upon arrival: Had some issues Nasty floor throughout. We mopped when we came home on 1st night. Like disgusting DIRTY Front Door is not easy to lock. TOTAL safety issue. Back door exterior has what looks like mud or crap on it Not a lot of pans to use in oven. The ones that are available are rustedand warped Sheets and blanket dirty in guest with twin beds. Pillowcases and bedding stained Master : No shower mat. Just a flimsy rug that I am certain has not been washed. Shower liner is ineffective in master. We all used other shower Master Bed, sheets dirty. Blood or something brown on bed frame. AC: Only cooled 2 bedrooms. Master is stupid hot. Kitchen hot. Yard needs mowed Glass, trash on driveway in yard. TVs did not hook up to wifi after 6 attempts WIFI is spotty and I think owner feeds off neighbors WiFi Wobbly or broken stool Washer does not have spin cycle. No floor mats by either door, interior Beds are a little tough and pillows are so OLD See PICS POSITIVES☆ Close to beach REMODELLED...Master bath and bedroom USED to be garage Nice streets to walk on Lots of kitchen appliances , no kitchen towels and the one i did see had a hair on it when we got there, so pro and con i guess Two coffee makers, but they were dirty

Our stay

Perfect for short stays - location is great being close to Rt. 1. Quiet and big backyard. Host replied quickly with my request. Back yard is big. Privacy fence only runs between the duplex and not entire yard.

Nice place to stay

The outside was very dark and it was hard to read the address but once you get inside it was a cute and very functional. My family stays at Vrbo properties instead of hotels so that we can all be together. This little house fit the bill just fine for the short weekend. The garage door was a little confusing since there is no garage but it all worked well for our needs. Maybe, bring your own towels though as the ones provided were lacking.
