“This rental is 1/2 of an old two bedroom condo. ROACHES are obvious in the evening I had to sleep with the lights on. Roaches, about 6-8 I saw my first night, and several fell from the vents. I quickly called customer service I want a full refund. The owner did not respond and I had to leave immediately and pay for a month at a big name hotel. I had booked for several weeks, lost all my money leaving within 3 days,and that was a financial catastrophe. Roaches were in my bags, sheets, and I...

“Loved the location! And the property was beautifully maintained. It had everything. The only thing was the laundry was not attached. Definitely would stay again!”

“Our stay at the Beach House was comfortable and relaxing. Location was quiet so it definitely made it more relaxing.Home was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as it was posted.Went with my GodNephew who was able to finish assignment that was given to him on last day of University. “I booked my 1 bedroom not so cozy apt for on Saturday for Wednesday 4:00 -Friday 11, on the day of my trip I arrive at this area I’ve never been in before at 4 I texted my host for the code to the door she didn’t text me back so I called and she kept ignoring me I called an agent and documented everything via video. After almost an hour of waiting later she texted me that I have to wait two extra hours until I can enter the home because it’s not ready ”
