Paradise! 3 Bedroom home with private pool, outdoor living space, and lanai

This spacious ranch home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms.
The master suite has a large, comfortable king bed, large bathroom with two walk-in closets, dual vanity sink, and walk-in shower.

The two guest bedrooms both have queen beds, dressers, and closets. The two guest bedrooms share a cabana bathroom with tub and shower. The cabana bath also accesses the pool deck, which makes going from straight from your bed to the pool a breeze!

The formal living room has a queen sleeper sofa, tv, and seating area. Transitioning from the formal living area to the kitchen is the dining area, which has an artsy round glass table that seats 4. Or dine on the outside patio, which has seating for 6 at the outdoor table.

The second living room is a bright and open office space, overlooking the pool area and directly off the kitchen. The office space has two desks with office chairs, wireless printer, computer monitor, and mouse. The office area also has weights and a foam roller for a home workout.

The home has a brand new washer and dryer for guest use. The home is within walking distance to schools, shops, and restaurants. There is a beautiful walking path right across from the home that spans 3+ miles and passes parks, schools, and beautiful houses within the community. Easy access to both 95 and the Turnpike.

Enjoyed staying at this house!!

Very nice house to stay in...enjoyed swimming in pool everyday. Also loved the idea that many stores were so close by. Would stay at this house again if price is right😎

Budget friendly

This house was clean and had everything we needed. What would have made the stay even better was large comfy living room furniture instead of smaller areas of seating throughout the living and dining room. Pool area is smaller than pictured but the kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the outdoor seating by the pool. The pool area isn’t completely screened in so flies and mosquitoes were an issue.

Clean, quiet and spacious home with clean and fun pool! Amy was a great host with fast communication as needed. We enjoyed our stay and the home had everything for a relaxing spring break trip to watch our son’s baseball games.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Amy was a great host, very responsive. The house, view and location were excellent. This was the best vacation home I’ve ever stayed at. We will definitely be back!!

Spring Training Getaway

Rental was quiet, roomy and met our needs. King bed was comfortable. Screens for screened in pool needs repairs and cleaning, hence a 4 star rating. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Pool itself was clean and did not have that over chlorinated smell, was just right, the same as my pool at home. We kept our car in the garage overnight which was a nice feature. Will rent again.

Great Stay

We had 3 of our workers come to stay in PSL while working up here. This house was perfect, super clean, neat and tidy, the guys enjoyed the pool. Would highly recommend this property.

Unfortunately the house did not meet expectations. The house did not look clean, it had too much dog hair on furniture, seats, carpets, which caused a serious allergy to my wife. It was disgusting with so much hair and we had to leave, we only stayed one night. .a small TV in the area where there was more dog hair. no other tv.
