Luxury Lakefront Home w / piscina coperta e sala giochi

Che posto fantastico per trascorrere del tempo con la famiglia, gli amici o semplicemente una fuga romantica per le coppie. Siamo poco meno di 10 miglia a nord di Lexington e solo 2 miglia dal villaggio di Port Sanilac. Questa lussuosa casa sul lago si trova direttamente sulla costa del Lago Huron e ha tutto il necessario per una vacanza meravigliosa: panorami mozzafiato, una grande sala giochi, ampie zone soggiorno, una piscina privata coperta (riscaldata), giochi da lago ..... molto da elencare!

La nostra casa può ospitare fino a 20 persone, inclusa la casa indipendente. Abbiamo due grandi ponti di fronte al lago, uno al piano principale al largo della cucina e uno al largo della camera da letto principale e un ampio patio in mattoni con mobili da giardino al piano inferiore al largo della camera familiare e della sala da biliardo. Questa casa fronte lago di 5.000 piedi quadrati è decorata con colori caldi e arredi selezionati con gusto. La casa è completamente arredata con mobili eleganti e biancheria da letto e da bagno di qualità. La cucina ha bellissimi ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Ogni dettaglio è stato curato!

Nella casa principale abbiamo cinque camere da letto, due delle quali sono master suite al piano principale e tre al piano superiore. Abbiamo 4 1/2 bagni nella casa principale. Abbiamo anche una biblioteca privata con un divano letto che può essere utilizzato come camera da letto, se necessario.

Al piano inferiore della casa abbiamo una camera familiare con camino, una TV da 50 pollici e una cucina completamente attrezzata. Attaccato alla camera familiare è una fantastica sala biliardo con una piscina interna riscaldata. Questa camera ha anche un bagno completo e un mini bar con lavandino.

Incluso nella proprietà è una pensione privata con la sua splendida vista sul lago. Ha una zona salotto, un letto matrimoniale, camino, bagno completo e un soppalco con un letto matrimoniale e uno singolo. (L'accesso al soppalco include l'uso di una scala mobile in legno integrata)

C'è anche una fantastica sala giochi di 1.000 piedi quadrati sulla proprietà con una zona salotto con tv, biliardo, biliardino, ping pong, air hockey e altro ancora.

C'è un grande cortile per godersi adiacente all'acqua con una buca per il fuoco sulla spiaggia - un ottimo posto per riscaldarsi nelle notti più fresche o semplicemente sedersi e rilassarsi, ascoltando le onde. La casa galleggiante ospita kayak, paddle board e giochi da giardino.

Plenty of beds, the indoor pool is amazing, and a beautiful property. We had a group of 20 guys up for a fishing trip, and had plenty of room to sleep comfy. The game room is also an amazing addition to everything too!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We had a girls weekend with 15 friends and this place was incredibly spacious to accommodate us all. The pool was amazing and the game room was so fun! We would definitely recommend staying here!

Our family of five wanted a somewhat "close to home" getaway for spring break this year, and this rental did the trick! Lake Huron is always cold, but especially this time of year, so being able to swim in the indoor, heated pool while still enjoying lake views out the windows was really nice. The game room was another bonus, as we particularly enjoyed playing shuffleboard. The hosts communicated clearly and helped us immediately when we had questions.One heads-up that has nothing to do with the property or hosts -- in fact, they mention this in the listing, but I wanted to highlight it... the closest market does not have a lot of food options, and both Port Sanilac and Lexington are very quiet outside of the Memorial Day to Labor Day summer season. Not a problem! this property is a great place to hunker down for some quiet time with your family and/or friends, just note that if you plan to do that, you may want to stock up on food and drinks in Port Huron.

Our family of six adults and five grandsons, ages 6-13 had a wonderful time together for three nights at this property. We enjoyed sliding down the big hill to the lake. The indoor pool and game room were awesome. The house was well stocked and provided great sleeping accommodations and comfortable beds.Thanks for proving a great place to enjoy on a snowy winter weekend.

I had a surprise birthday party for my husband with his family which means everything to him. One of his favor things to do is swim with his grand babies. That he did. We swam played games and ate all weekend. Made some wonderful memories which is what life is all about. The hosts wer so nice and accommodating. Beautiful house. Perfect for what we did.

This house was perfect for our group of 15 - ages 1 1/2 - 72! We had everything we needed from comfortable bedrooms to a wonderful game room! The indoor pool was a great bonus, especially on our one and only rainy day. The kitchen is large and well-stocked - exactly what we needed for eating most of our meals at home. The guest house was great for our large group - another bonus of the property! Having the lake in our backyard was wonderful, and the boat house stocked with kayaks, paddle boards, life vests and water shoes was great. I highly recommend this lake house - we would love to stay here again.

Wonderful vacation home. All ages (11-77) enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, game room, and indoor pool. Plenty of room for together times as well as quiet times alone. There were plenty of towels for all, the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots & pans - there were even many pairs of water shoes to borrow for those who forgot theirs!!

The stay was perfect! The only thing I can suggest is a small step for the front door. It was a bit high for my elderly parents. And we did have someone trip on it when carrying in an armload. Otherwise the pool and game rooms were perfect and well appreciated as the weather was not as wonderful as we were hoping for.

We had a great long weekend with our 5 kids, their spouses, 3 toddlers and 3 babies. Plenty of room for all of us. Enjoyed the pool, game room and even took kayaks out on a warmish February day! Lol Hosts were great and answered questions via text very promptly. House is well stocked and clean. Internet was not strong even with the good system in place…although I did not check with hosts about it as we were trying to stay off devices!! Lol I would recommend this property.

We absolutely loved our stay! The amount of space we had was amazing. There was so much room for everyone to do what they wanted (nap, play music with out waking up the nappers 🙂) The house was totally stocked with everything you could want or need. The lake views from every where were my favorite part. We watched a pair of eagles every morning looking for their breakfast. Port Sanilac itself is adorable and there are two stores with in a few minute drive if you do need anything. We hope to visit again!

Our group of 17 educators enjoyed the space and the many offerings of both the house and the community. The water provided freighter sightings, rock hunting and beautiful views and sounds. We gathered, laughed and played games in the game room. We went into town to shop and then enjoyed a festive night in Lexington with the tree lighting. We had plenty of sleeping options and truly enjoying making new memories together. Thanks for a opening up your lovely home to us.

This property is unbelievable. We had all family from 2 to 80 years old. Beds were so comfortable. House was cozy. Game room was a huge hit. You really couldn’t ask for more amenities. The house was super clean. The pool was not as warm as we would have liked. I called and the owners sent maintenance person out. Unfortunately it did not remedy the problem. The little area that was the hot tub was definitely 85 degrees, but the swimming area was between 78 and 80. Heat shuts off in pool at 7 p.m. so swim early. Would definitely book again.
