Devina the manager was amazing .We needed to offload our luggage early to have a new tyre fitted to the motorbike and she allowed early check in .We ate in the restaurant one night and the pasta we ordered was delicious .Devina was our waitress and she was very friendly making sure we were happy and her customer service skills were amazing . “Did not get a virtual checkin message re keysafe code to open room. Only access to disability room was via stairs or dirty steep ramp in service delivery with 4 heavy fire doors. Room outlook was to covered pool and back fence, not the managers glowing “water views “ or pictures on advertising. Restaurant closed for our stay. Mould in shower. No vacuum cleaning during 3 night stay. Layer of dust on bed head. ”

“What a glorious spot amongst the vines, comfortable well equipped dome, shame the weather didn’t play along so we could use the outdoor fire. The included wine tasting is one of the best we have done, the wines are beautiful and it’s an unpretentious setting. recommend booking the food hamper. What a great idea to give a voucher to use towards the cost of breakfast at local cafes, we visited the Cabin in Exeter and in Moon Lilly in Beaconsfield, both lovely. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay....
