Welcome to your dream vacation home in an exclusive, private beach community. This stunning 3-level home offers everything you need for the ultimate beach getaway, with private beach and bay access, a boat dock, a gated pool, and a charming boardwalk.

On the first level, you'll find ample parking space for up to 4 cars, as well as boat parking. After a day of fun in the sun, rinse off the sand at the convenient outdoor shower.

The second level features 4 spacious bedrooms, including two with private bathrooms, offering both privacy and comfort for everyone.

At the top level, enjoy luxurious furnishings in the great room, ideal for relaxation and family gatherings. The well-stocked kitchen makes cooking a breeze, while the large dining table and breakfast bar provide plenty of space for meals. Step out onto the balcony to soak in breathtaking Gulf views, or fire up the grill for a delicious outdoor meal while relaxing on the cozy seating.

The fifth bedroom is also located on the top floor, providing additional space for family or guests. The home is fully equipped with an elevator and stairs for easy access between floors.

Just a 5-minute walk to the pristine white sands of the Gulf, this property offers the perfect combination of privacy, luxury, and convenience. Don't miss the opportunity to experience paradise!

Absolutely perfect!

The home is even more beautiful in person with amazing breathtaking views and was able to fit our group of 11! The hosts were very responsive to any questions that we had. And the location oh my word I can’t express how perfect the location is! This is a must stay if you are looking for a small town feel with access to the beach and bay this the look no further!

Across the road from the house is the beach access and the sunsets never disappoint
