Seas the Day! is perfectly situated in the low-density, gated and popular Seagrass neighborhood on Cape San Blas (CSB). Enjoy the roomy accommodations for large families who want to eat and game together, but who also enjoy a little elbow room for the quiet times you need. The reverse floor plan, with an expansive 40 feet of gulf views, ensures everyone captures the unmatched emerald and blue waters -- from morning, until the unforgettable sunset (which has made CSB famous). Seas the Day! is tastefully appointed with all the comforts of home to keep the packing light and great amenities to keep the fun going... until the moment you drag yourself from the beautiful, powdery-white-sands of the generously wide beaches at Seagrass to head home. Trust us, you will not want to leave!

Seas the Day! has a well-stocked kitchen, dining seating for 12 and island bar seating for 5, offers beds to sleep 15 (see details below), a private pool and all the beach toys to make your time memorable, including:

- Private pool (heated for $100 fee per stay, November - April)

- Each bedroom has a 43” smart TV with free Netflix or access all your favorite apps and an Expanded Cable package on all TVs.

Amenities for fun and convenience...

- Outside you will find an enclosed shower on the pool deck for twilight showers and a sand-free ending to your day

- Two picnic tables

- Included beach equipment: kayak, paddle board, beach/fishing carts and plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys.

- The private pool offers fun for little ones with a small baby pool, a larger pool for confident swimmers and poolside furniture to watch all the fun. The back patio has a charcoal and gas grill (propane included), perfect for the catch of the day or fresh seafood you picked up at the local shop.

Location, location, location...

On the sought after "northern end" of the Cape, the Seagrass subdivision is a self-contained area with a large oval street that children and adults can ride bikes, walk dogs or just stroll through the beautiful neighborhood -- without having to cross or be alongside any roads. You can access the beach from the Seagrass private boardwalk without ever having to cross any main streets. Hop on the golf cart, if you prefer not to make the short 2-block walk. Seagrass offers a community pool as well.

*PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

- There are three sets of stairs totaling ~34 steps. If you have a health or mobility issue, the stairs will make it difficult to enjoy your time at Seas the Day.

- THE LIMO GOLF CART CANNOT BE TAKEN ONTO THE BEACH and it cannot be taken outside the Seagrass subdivision per City of Port St. Joe ordinance against golf carts on roads/highways. While there is a $300 beach permit to drive on the beach for non-residents, it does not have "beach" tires -- it's a golf cart. It is for getting coolers, chairs, umbrellas, paddleboard, etc. to/from the beach ONLY, which is extremely helpful with the "Leave No Trace" Ordinance enforced by Gulf County after sunset every day. Contact the owner with any questions.

IMPORTANT FEE INFORMATION:

- Pet Fee is $150 for the first pet and $25 for an additional pet. No more than 2, well-behaved dogs under 65 pounds allowed. Read the Pet Addendum thoroughly.

- Cleaning and Linen Fee is $425.

- Golf Cart Fee is $100 for the duration of your stay.

- Heated Pool Fee (April - November) is $100 for the duration of your stay.

Note the golf cart and heated pool fee must be requested and we will add it to your booking, as VRBO does not automate the fees for those two items.

NOTE: You have the ability to view the details of the fees associated with your stay prior to booking.

Great Location but Lacking Essentials and Maintenance Issues

We stayed at this property for three nights. The location was fantastic, very close to the beach and everything we wanted to see. The home itself was clean, cozy, and well-decorated. However, we encountered several issues that impacted our stay. There were no essential items provided, such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing soap, or laundry supplies. Additionally, the washing machine and dryer were very dirty. One bathroom shower was not working, and another bathroom had a clogged drain. Although the host promised to deliver these essentials the next morning, we never received them. Communication with the host was also less than ideal, with delays in responses and some questions left unanswered. These issues significantly impacted our group of 8 adults and 5 kids. Despite these challenges, we still managed to have a pleasant stay due to the property's great location and overall comfort.

Family Vacation

Seas The Day was the perfect house for our family vacation. The kitchen was the perfect size for our large family and had everything you could think of in it! We added the golf cart rental with our stay but honestly, the walk to the beach wasn't long at all! The pool was great to have for the kiddos! Very safe area! Plenty of room for parking! I don't have any complaints at all! We will definitely be back!

Really great all around experience!

We had 4 generations of family at Seas The Day for a week. 12 people in total, ages 3 to 78. House was awesome! Location was superb! Easy beach access. Property manager was responsive and very helpful. Lisa went out of her way to make sure we had a 100% positive experience. There are a lot of stairs which are properly discussed in the description. Really an awesome beach house! From my entire family, Thanks Lisa!

Great stay

We had a great stay. Close and easy walk to the beach. Great place for our kids and our dogs. Clean, well furnished. The downstairs kids rooms were tight but the kids were fine. The view from the top floor was great. The only thing I wish they had more of were some rugs just inside the doors to wipe your feet- especially upstairs when you would come in from the deck to the kitchen/living- would have been nice to have a rug.

The house that fit our family

Seas the Day was a perfect match for the 12 of us. 3 couples, 6 grandchildren. The heated pool was fun since we were there the end of December. The big table meant we could eat all together. The beach was beautiful, and very accessible. The sand toys were put to good use one warmer day, but the water was too cold to use the larger toys. Thank you for the use of the house that made our family vacation so delightful!

Perfect for families

Great house with large common area that included a sitting area, large dinner table, and kitchen with plenty of room. Never felt crowded. The kiddy pool was perfect for the children. Perfect for a family vacation.

Great place for large family

We arrived with our four adult children, two spouses and a girlfriend. This house was perfect. The kitchen / dining/ living room was the perfect size. We could all be in and moving around the kitchen and island, we could all sit at the table to eat. It’s not that far from the beach. Our only complaint were the showers didn’t drain great, but I also understand what those showers have done all season. We left an item behind and they sent it to us. Overall, the perfect home for our growing family. I would recommend.

Family vacation

Spacious property with lots of beds for the entire family. The well stocked kitchen was beautiful, spacious and had everything thing we needed to enjoy family dinners each night. There were plenty of beach chairs, floats and kids toys for all ages and the use of the golf cart was handy get things back and forth to the beach. The pool area was refreshing and the outdoor shower was convenient to wash the sand off of our bodies before entering the pool or house. A great time was had by all and we would recommend this property to others. If there was anything to complain about, would be the that we could not figure out the garbage pick up. The bins had smelly fish trash in them when we arrived and we put the bins at the curb the nights we were told trash pick up was, but it was still there when we left. Definitely not the owners fault, and not a big deal to us. Like I said, I would stay here again and would recommend it to others

Relaxing fun

Our yearly family vacation was awesome. Seas The Day, was beautiful, clean, and spacious enough to relax with our family of 14 ranging in range from 58-11. Distance from beach was less than 2 minute walk. The description is exactly what you get, maybe more. Lisa communicated on time every time. Great view from both decks. In the evening just sit back and listen to the ocean. Pool in the evening was a huge plus.

Great location on the Cape

The beach and sunset views from the balcony are incredible. Just a very short walk to the beach access from the house. The pool was a hit with the kids but it did need to be cleaned. A nice house in a beautiful location to accommodate our large family.

Peaceful/Slow Pace

We have stayed at this house twice and both times it was wonderful. The house has everything you could want and need.You can always count on having a peaceful time on the white sandy beach then come back to the house for more fun in the pool. My family will be going back.

Great Escape!

Upon arrival we arrived a hair early. The initial code for the main door was not correct or wasn't working. The owner insisted it was correct and directed me to a secret location out back where a master key is hidden. (There for a second I thought my trip was screwed over this key) But we made it in! This house is beautiful. Initially myself and my husband wanted a quick getaway for out anniversary. Turns out my two kids and another couple friends and their son also tagged along. We had the best time! You literally don't need to bring anything with you. The golfcart is fabulous. For the first time we did a bon fire on the beach!! Owners are very great with communicating too.

Great Spot

This large house comfortably accommodated 4 families visiting the Cape for scalloping weekend. The kitchen was really well stocked and the golf cart and beach supplies were a great perk. The house is nicely appointed with everything you need. Nice quiet stretch of beach.

Amazing Time at Seas the Day!

Our group of 13 had an amazing time in Cape San Blas at Seas the Day! The house had everything you could need for your stay. Everything was in really great shape and clean. There was plenty of space for everyone in our group. I LOVED the giant kitchen table. It was so nice to be together for meals. The beds were really nice and comfortable. The view from the top balcony was actually really nice! I do wish the whole top balcony was covered, but not much you can do about that! The pool was fun, and having a two year old with us, I really liked having the baby pool. The golf cart was definitely useful taking beach gear to the beach although the walk to the beach was not long at all. The beach on front of Seagrass is nice and spacious. Carol was very responsive throughout our entire stay and even after. Thank you so very much for sharing your home with us. I hope to be back one day!
