Cottage di livello superiore dall'altra parte della strada dalla spiaggia. Recentemente ristrutturato e aggiornato. 2 camere da letto 1 bagno. Enorme avvolgere quasi intorno al ponte con più aree salotto con vista sia dell'alba che dei tramonti. La spiaggia è a pochi passi dall'altra parte della strada. Ampio bar esterno coperto e angolo cottura! Adorabile cucina e soggiorno! Ogni camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale! Bagno Jack & Jill! Doccia esterna anche con acqua calda e fredda per lavare via tutta la sabbia della spiaggia appena sotto il ponte. A solo un isolato di distanza dal Shipwreck Restaurant & Bar. Vieni a creare ricordi incredibili qui!

We didn't know we had downstairs neighbors until after they announced themselves early in the am. Neighbors are fine but these were a bit possessive. Long term renters that ruled the roost so to speak. I thought the location was just perfect and the place was grand and could have been fantastic. Yet, the neighbors and there broomsticks banging on the floor below were a bit much. My compliments to my host for she most likely has to deal with the other tenant much longer than I. Great spot,awesome digs but just a little too much neighbors invading our privacy.On a positive note we saw the best of the best on the most secluded beach in Florida. Hands down I'd do it again. I'd just ask if that old lady was residing first.... I say old and im 53 ..haa

Cute little house just steps from St. Joe Beach. Very quiet and peaceful beach. The house was fully equipped, clean and the host was very responsive. Well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and carts to take everything down to the beach. Would love to stay again.

It was very cozy with more items supplied than anticipated. The view from the deck is very limited, but it is only a short distance to cross over 98 to reach the beach.The wood floors, although beautiful were very sandy and not that clean upon arrival especially under beds and chair. There was also a previouly cracked older lamp that when I went to light it the previous glass cracked piece fell out and broke. The light in the Palm bedroom was not working and there were microscopic ants near the kitchen faucetOver all this host/s have gone out of their way to provide so many extras, it was hard to believe, down to dish detergent and providing laundry supplies and garbage bags. All the extra things I packed and brought with me never expecting them to be furnished. The stairs were more than I anticipated, but I managed.It was quiet and peaceful my entire stay, more space and items I didn't use as I was only one person. Thank you for your hospitality.

Can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I stayed with our two dogs and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! The property was perfect. Just a short trip to the beach, and they had a beach cart with chairs and umbrellas for us to use. The patio was amazing with a view of the sunrise and sunset. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook all week. The check in process was super simple and easy. And the washer/dryer was a lifesaver. We were walking distance to a few restaurants/ food trucks. Our favorite was Poorboys food truck. We were also just a short drive from Port St. Joe’s downtown.

This was our second stay and has quickly became our go to get away location! Lovely unit with the most amazing outdoor space. The large outdoor patio and bar made the unit feel twice as large as it is. Nothing like waking up with a cup of coffee and enjoying a view of the ocean in the oversize chairs on the deck! We will be coming back again and again and again

This was a peaceful property that was perfect for our family of 4 and dog! The property was a good value considering how close it is to the beach. The property also has all necessary items for cooking, we cooked a lot at the house and felt we had everything we needed! That place was a blessing!!

Our long weekend

This property was perfect for us! My husband and I loved this little place. We drank coffee on the deck every morning, under the cool breeze of ceiling fans and watched the waves across the road. We were close enough to a place called “Shipwrecks” to walk to for breakfast or dinner, and “downtown” is just a few minutes away by car. The kitchen was well equipped and both bedrooms were cute and comfortable. The large upper deck gave our dog a place to move around while we enjoyed the outdoor space. The best part is the beach access is very close and easy to access.

Great location to almost private beach. It is listed as pets ok but for me I need to be more aware of that since we are both slightly sensitive to dander. Cutely decorated and cozy bedrooms. Laundry a bonus! Overall great stay and location!

Great as always

This is the third year we have stayed in this home. The home is a well kept gem just steps drom the sugar white sands of St Joe Beach. Great home, great location, great beach. This house is the perfect home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need to cook with. Lots of sitting room outside. An in unit washer and dryer. Its everything you could hope to find in a vacation home.

Perfect Unit

This is the perfect unit. The outside space is amazing. We spent more time on the HUGH deck than at the beach. Very short easy access to the beach. Views were great and location was perfect. We will be back!

Favorite Vacation Spot!

We have stayed several times and have decided this will forever be our vacation place! Very comfortable and you feel right at home! Beautiful beach views from the deck and short walk across the street to the beach! We love that it is pet friendly since we take our girl everywhere!
