    This is a rare opportunity to stay on a private lot that is right on the beach. There are a few private beach houses around you. Treat yourself to an amazing vacation or getaway in your own private rig on your own private beach front lot. You will not regret staying here on the cape. It's an amazing laid back area with a great chilled out vibe. See you soon!

This is the second or third time we have stayed here. We love the location! It’s perfect for us. Watch for ticks on your dogs etc. we found 3 during our stay (part of being in nature!)

Amazing

The best. If you want quiet, sand dunes, trees, waterfront to beach, this is it. The sun rises we’re amazing, the beach was beautiful. We loved it and will certainly be back.

Great private RV location on the Gulf

Great location on Cape San Blas! If you are looking to be steps away from the beach and you love nature this is the spot for you! Lots of wildlife and an incredible walkable beach. Hear the wave crash from your RV.

Glamping with an ocean view!

Peaceful with a short walk over the sand dunes to the beach. We took our bikes and enjoyed the bike paths in the afternoons.

This is an amazing site and Justin is an amazing host.

We enjoyed the solitude and peace with a morning walk on the beach daily, our dogs were in heaven. Thanks to some great input from Justin we took advantage of his all his recommendations. Our favorite being the beach at the state park on Cape San Blas. We saw dolphins, rays and tons of beautiful nature. This was an unforgettable trip! Thank you to a very nice couple!

Another Wonderful Stay!

This private RV site offers all you need plus more for an amazing stay right on the beach! We love sitting out on the deck and cooking on the on-site Weber grill! Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful beach front view. Owners are very responsive and take great care of their property. Highly recommend.

Nice Getaway

The property was as described, we enjoyed our stay, quiet and clean. We brought our e-bikes and kayaks. We have stayed in this area on several occasions and this was a nice change from the rv parks. Very easy to communicate with the property owner.

If you are looking for a front row beach camping spot that is the most relaxing of all, this is your place! Clean, easy, and relaxing! It’s just a very short “state park like” stroll through the pines to your not so traveled beach spot! We will be back! Thank you for sharing your paradise!

Great stay on the Cape!

This spot is beautiful. You can see the gulf and hear the waves from your campsite! Everything was exactly as described. It is awesome that hidden gems like this still exist!! We will certainly be back.

Week full of adventure

Very nice property, easy to navigate into and out of (very important for RV usage). Quiet and minimal people around. Our dog loved the beach and we saw looks of wild life. Sharks, stingrays, a lone flamingo and one small Rat snake.

RV Paradise

We booked last minute. The location is true paradise. Just a described (They have hook up and a nice deck, picnic table and grill.) I highly recommend this location especially if you want to get away from the crowds. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

RV at the beach!

Nice spot beachfront. Very quiet and set up to enjoy the beach. Bike path near by was an added bonus. Justin was very responsive to my questions. All in all an A+!!

Private site with access to an incredible beach. 40 foot coach was easy to get in and level. Big 5th wheels would need a skillful driver but doable. The area is great for beach walks and biking. Fantastic area restaurants. This site is a gem

Winter Get Away

Clean, quit, relaxing spot with easy access to beach. Plenty of room for backing in. Although hook ups were on the wrong side it was nothing we couldn’t deal with. Highly recommend as long as your stay doesn’t interfere with my desire to stay again.
