Ocean Front - New Boardwalk a Pristine Beach

Siamo sopravvissuti all'uragano Michael e stiamo accettando le prenotazioni per il 2019. La spiaggia è ancora più grande di prima. Godetevi questa vista spettacolare da questa struttura con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni del Golfo. Aperto spazio vivente con cucina enorme e bar per la colazione. Il padrone ha un letto king e tv, bagno padronale ha una passeggiata in doccia e vasca da giardino. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e la terza camera da letto ha un doppio letto a castello. Il nuovo sezionale in pelle nella stanza di famiglia ha spazio per tutti per sedersi comodamente. Goditi il caffè del mattino dalla spaziosa terrazza con vista sull'acqua o cenare godendo il Golfo del Messico. Le sedie da bistrot permettono di godere della vista sopra la ringhiera del balcone.
Tutti vivono su un piano. L'edificio ha un ascensore e siamo proprio in cima alle scale dal parcheggio coperto. Immergetevi il sole sulla spiaggia o godetevi molte attività da pesca a cavallo a kayak. La nostra spiaggia è grande, piatta e privata. Raccogliere un po 'di legno di deriva e avere un falò in spiaggia. Questa è la Florida vecchia! Godetevi il tempo presso la piscina o nella vasca idromassaggio per una pausa. Questa è la nostra casa lontano da casa quindi è ben fornito e confortevole. C'è un parcheggio coperto sotto l'edificio e molto per la tua barca o trailer. Vieni a condividere il nostro angolo di paradiso! La tariffa include la tassa della Florida.

It looked beautiful, but when we walked in, it smelled like dirty animals. The de k was really run down and the furniture was broken. The area around, pool, elevator, hottub, were really run down.

Condo was spotless. The beach is great with good fishing. The location is quiet and restful. Other guests there were helpful and friendly. The hot water is amazing. The storage room downstairs is extremely useful.

This condo is in a great location only one mile down Cape San Blas road. The setting also offers security and privacy. The views from the large balconey are amazing, and the boardwalk offers convenient access to the beach without the need for renting a golf cart. The living area is large and provides comfortable seating and a big screen Smart TV for family time. The open concept kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessities and many extras. The pool area provides an oasis for times when the kids want to take a break from the beach or the adults want to soak in the hot tub. This unit also provides a covered parking space next to the stairs making loading and unloading for your stay a breeze, Wonderful experience and would love to return!

The property manager was great to work with. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. Location is great. My only complaint is that vehicles are allowed on the beach and there were trucks driving on the beach day and night pretty steadily which made it hard to relax. They also compact the sand and make the beach hard as a rock and dirty. We had to keep getting the kids out of the way of the trucks. Not a relaxing location simply because of this. Had I known the beach itself was a roadway, I would’ve booked further out on the cape where there’s no traffic on the sand.

Our family of 5 enjoyed an amazing week here. The condo was easy to access, and exceptionally clean. We loved having access to the storage closet for all of our beach gear, the walk to the beach was easy, and the beach was never crowded. The kids enjoyed a pool a few times, but we spent most of our time at the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you would need to prepare a meal. There were lots of games in the cabinets as well. This was our first visit to the Cape, and we will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing place to stay for the week.

Everything stated in reviews is accurate! All good! Tammy is professional and prompt in communication. We had a great week here! The condo has everything you need for cooking in. The beach is amazing! And we loved the HUGE sofa! We have two boys and they both are 6’3” and we all fit! Of course we loved sitting out on the porch at night with all the beautiful stars lighting up the sky! Can’t say enough about how great this place is! Completely Wonderful!

For the most part, our stay was exactly as advertised. Great view of the water, three bedrooms and two baths, spacious, and no surprises regarding the facility. The pool was nice too, and we really like the location on Cape San Blas. The complaints are minor. The listing said there was a grill on site; there was not. Parking is tight. About eight light bulbs in the place were out; get the cleaning crew to replace those please. Long walk to take trash to the dumpster. And it could and should have been cleaner.

We really enjoyed our stay. The. O do was nice. The owner was very helpful and accessible if needed. They have a well stocked home with plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen, games, and beach supplies (probably more now as we accidentally forgot some of ours). My only complaint is that the side of the island the condo is on doesn't have clear water like the front side does.
