Get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and take your family on an ocean-filled vacation guaranteed to calm your mind and rekindle connection with your loved ones. Mexico Beach is nestled between St. Joe Beach and Panama City offering breathtaking sunrises and sunsets on its uncrowded beaches.

This Beachside Townhouse has a pool right outside the door and it's only 200 Steps to the beautiful white sands of Mexico Beach. Totaling over 2525 sq ft, this house offers everything you want at the beach!! Conveniently located next to Mexico Beach Marina, this vacation destination is the perfect place for both beach lovers and fishing enthusiasts!

The townhome features two master suites, one on the main level with easy access and one on the top level with its own private screened porch with views of the ocean. In total, there are 5 porches including an open porch overlooking the pool area. The guest room is located on the second floor with balcony offering Gulf Views. There is also a Sleeping Loft with bunk beds for the kids! The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything to whip up the perfect meal with brand-new appliances & granite countertops. There is also a Keurig & Regular Coffee Pot! The living room opens onto a large open porch for sunning and also a screened porch that overlooks the pool, it is hidden behind beautiful palm trees for a little extra privacy. The Carport offers large storage for your beach toys.

Swimming, shelling, boating, fishing, diving, kayaking, surfing, eco-tours, jet ski rentals and parasailing are just a few of the many outdoor activities our pristine beaches offer. But if you are looking to relax, nothing beats an umbrella, a lounge chair and a good book on the sugar-white sands of Mexico Beach. Family friendly with plenty of room to bring your pack & play or highchair.

The property itself was beautiful. Great decor. However the countertops were not cleaned and the floor was not swept. It wasn’t just a little sand there was dried up food on the floor and crumbs. Other than those items it was not bad.

Nicely furnished home; very comfortable, great outdoor spaces on each floor, and in a wonderful location...close to coffee shop, marina, food trucks and a brewery. Loved the laid back, non-touristy vibe of Mexico Beach.

Great time had by ALL!

Our family (3 families with small littles) thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already discussed repeat bookings! Property management was spectacular with instant and helpful replies to any questions prior to and during our trip. The property was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated to create a perfect spot for summer vacations! We loved coffee on the porches and the pool area was perfect (we had a large group with rentals throughout the complex; the kids had a blast being able to hang with cousins/friends in one area. Also, the complex was fenced in and the pool had a separate fence around it; many a mom in our party loved that safety feature!) Beach access was very easy and there was plenty of Beach for all!

Lovely time

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! We love Mexico Beach and have stayed at this complex over ten years ago. (not this unit but the one next door) We were very pleased with how well maintained and improved it was after all these years and the hurricane. The pool area was well kept too. We love the short walk to the beach and the fact you do not have to cross the road. We love the convenience to Shell Shack, Marina, Mango Marley's etc. Host was quick to respond when we had a question. Very pleased. Only recommendation would be some extra blankets if possible, but otherwise great!

Beautiful Mexico Beach House

Let me just say this house is so much better than the property description initially made it out to be. I was bigger, had an extra half bath, and more porch space than listed! Really beautiful and clean and accessing the beach was super easy. The light in the half bath on the main floor didn't always work and communication with the owner wasn't the best. There were days in between responses to my questions and the property was unable to accommodate an early check in. Check out is at 10 but the house cleaner or property manager was outside sitting in their car waiting for us to leave from 9:00 until we pulled off. All in all this place was great! Very spacious and we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great vacation.

Excellent place!

We really enjoyed our stay! Very clean, easy access to the beach and also close the the boat ramp. At the time of booking the listing stated it had a pack n play and high chair, it does not have either item. Traveling with an eight month old those details were very important. We made do and really enjoyed our stay.
