Nuova lista! Gulf Front, North Cape, animali domestici casa 2 camere da letto

Sea Ya Later è un'accogliente, informale casa sul golfo con due camere da letto e un soppalco. Situato all'estremità nord del Capo; è un breve giro in bicicletta per St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, a pochi passi dal bordo della sabbia e dell'acqua. Nuota, kayak, paddle board e gioca nel Golfo e nella baia.

La maggior parte delle case sul fronte del golfo sono molto più grandi e fatte per gruppi ben numerosi. In genere, per trovare una casa sulla spiaggia di queste dimensioni è necessario scegliere un condominio e rinunciare a un po 'di privacy. Questa casa offre l'indipendenza di una casa privata a un prezzo che una singola famiglia o due coppie possono permettersi. Questo è anche un design perfetto per i nostri uccelli di neve in inverno.

Il ponte offre spazi coperti e soleggiati con un ottimo bar all'aperto. C'è una breve passerella privata per la spiaggia. Abbiamo anche incluso un credito VayK Gear da $ 250 da utilizzare per biciclette, tavole, sedie e ombrelloni. La tua attrezzatura verrà consegnata prima del tuo arrivo e ritirata al momento della partenza.

I cani sono ammessi per ulteriori $ 200. 00 purché non superino le restrizioni di taglia e il numero di 2 cani (non più di 35 libbre ciascuno). Si prega di informarsi prima di portare animali domestici. Non sono consentiti eventi che sono sopra l'occupazione della casa o che richiedono un accompagnatore. This was such a sweet little cottage! As described. Very clean. The only suggestion that I have is a new mattress in the queen bedroom, saggy in the middle but other than that, it was perfect! Only a few steps to the beach. I definitely would recommend this cottage for future stays

This house was the perfect size for my family. Bathrooms and kitchen looked to be recently remodeled. There was a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Beautiful gulf views everyday and sunsets every evening. Great location on the cape. Nice quiet street.

Nice home in a beautiful location. Extremely positive setting with the ocean just steps away. The host was very generous with the amenities that they provided ( full size bars of dove soap,extra large bottles of shampoo and conditioner,everything we needed,t.p. P.towels,trash bags. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family. The house is beautiful and well kept. The location was great with the beach steps away. The view was spectacular. We will definitely stay again. We love it here.

We stayed for a week March 2024. We were a group of 4 spanning 3 generations, plus one dog. We arrived late and after the entry code did not work, a call to the number on the site remedied the situation immediately. This house was the perfect size and equipped with everything we needed. We used the grill and the laundry facilities without any issues. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for the meals we prepared. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the house and grounds were clean, and the beach was fabulous.

We have vacationed in several places on the gulf coast and cape San blas may be the best. You cannot beat the ease of access and location of this property. Less than 100 steps to the ocean and a very relaxing beach experience since cape San blas is mostly single family residences. This rental was clean, comfortable, and included several amenities for our stay, like extra towels, paper goods, kitchen supplies, etc., which is not the typical standard for a Florida beach rental. Our hosts had even included some toiletries in the house which were much appreciated. Would absolutely return to this location.

My experience was excellent. Donna was very helpful in finding this property after one I had rented earlier fell through. We have been coming to the cape for more than 30 years, and love this location because no vehicles drove through! This house is small, and I wish the deck was larger and at least partly screened, but we still loved it!

House location, set up, and size was perfect. Cleanliness was mediocre, could benefit from a deeper clean from time-to-time. There were a number of ants and silverfish every night. Totally unassuming about the bugs, it’s Florida and humid climate. However, others may be more concerned.

Traveling as a couple, the property is a nice size and should work for a family. The beach access is close and not too many stairs involved. Wish the TV room furniture was more "comfortable" for sitting and napping but that's our preference. Everything was super clean and did not lack any kitchen equipment. Be Our Guest do a great job with communication and responsiveness.

We had a great time of peace and relaxation at this cute little house which was exactly the right size for just the two of us. We are older people and being right on the beach made it so much easier for us to carry our chairs and umbrella to the water. Which was clean and gentle! House was immaculate, which meant so much to us. Exactly as described, we have already booked it again for next year.

Check in and amenities were spot on. Location is desirable. AC was adequate to the task most of the time and ceiling fans are nice to circulate air. Tv and internet were solidly reliable, even during weather. Towels and beach towels are high quality. Kitchen is well appointed. We like pillows with more fluff and in greater quantity. Bathroom flooring needs some love. Skip the beach cart: stairs up from carport and little space to store without blocking walking make it not a necessity.

Great location, perfect size for a small family or couple. Please be aware that beach renewal is taking place. We only had access to the beach at the house for 1 day of our stay. That was disappointing because there was no communication beforehand to prepare us. There are still some little things that need to be repaired, but overall this property is great!
