Innamorati di nuovo di Mexico Beach! Pianifica la tua prossima vacanza in questa casa costiera 3BD / 2BA recentemente rinnovata con piscina privata e tonnellate di spazio divertente all'aperto nel cortile tropicale! Questa casa immacolata può ospitare 10 persone e offre un piano su due piani, una zona giorno a pianta aperta, servizi moderni e un parcheggio extra per una barca. Possibilità di noleggiare un carrello da golf in loco disponibile! La casa ha tutti i nuovi arredi e servizi moderni.

Una volta entrati in casa, sarete accolti con un ampio soggiorno / sala da pranzo / cucina a concetto aperto, soffitti impennati, pavimenti in assi di vinile in tutto e cucina moderna con ripiani in quarzo ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Ti godrai ore infinite con la famiglia e gli amici riuniti intorno al grande tavolo da pranzo o rilassandoti nella stanza della famiglia! Smart TV da 50 "nella camera familiare.

La spaziosa suite principale dispone di un nuovo e comodo letto matrimoniale con accesso al patio e alla piscina. Perfetto per il tuo caffè mattutino o per gustare una bevanda fresca dopo una lunga giornata al sole. Il bagno principale in suite ha ripiani in quarzo. Separato dalle camere degli ospiti, c'è molta privacy per fuggire per un po 'di tempo tranquillo. Smart TV da 32 "nella camera matrimoniale.

Ci sono due camere da letto, una con un nuovo, comodo letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti singoli. Ogni camera è arredata con mobili nuovi. Il bagno per gli ospiti ha ripiani in quarzo ed è situato vicino alle camere da letto. TV nella camera a castello.

Una delle migliori caratteristiche di questa casa è il cortile INCREDIBILE. Con una recinzione della privacy, più aree patio e piscina privata, godrai di innumerevoli ore di intrattenimento all'aperto in questa oasi tropicale. Spruzza in piscina, goditi una bibita fresca, cucina la cena alla griglia o osserva le stelle. Tanto divertimento per tutti !!!!

La piccola cittadina balneare di Mexico Beach è nota per la sua eccellente pesca, stile di vita rilassato, bellissime spiagge di sabbia bianca e acque verde smeraldo. Family Fun

Nice house and accurate listing. Pool access from the house is through MBR which isn't bad if you have young kids. Quiet neighborhood with short drive and longish walk (especially in the summer) to the beach.

Can’t wait to come back!

This property was amazing! Definitely exceeded all expectations! Communication was excellent all questions were answered promptly. House was very roomy and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfy and they provided a lot of extra linens and towels. House was very clean! The backyard and pool was where we spent most of our time! Exceptional! Pool was clean and cold. Pool service came on Tuesday and Friday. The pool was my favorite part of the house! It was a good walk to the beach so we opted to drive which works out perfectly because the beach accesses were close. 10/10! Will definitely be back!

Very relaxing!

My family and I had a great time during our stay! Our 6 year old twins really enjoyed the pool and the golf cart! They wanted to go EVERYWHERE in it! Also, great proximity to the beach and surrounding areas! We will definitely be back!

Overall very pleased

We really enjoyed the Sand Dollar. Was very clean house and yard and pool very nice and clean. A couple of issues we had were the very , very hard to open and close sliding glass doors in master bedroom. Also the AC couldn’t cool the master bedroom as it should and made for warm nights sleep. Overall house could be cooler. Also we understood we could park boat under shed but not the case.

Annual 4th of July Family Beach Trip

We loved staying at the Sandollar! I love the aground level, open floor plan, pool area, and especially having the enclosed fenced in backyard for our 2 pups! The only complaint we have is the side and across the street neighbors were a little rude, when we had a few local visitors that “parked on their grass” but other than that we loved our stay and may stay at this property again in the future!

House was very clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials. Some minor inconveniences included the dryer not working and the only entrance to the back yard being through the master bedroom. The sliding door was very hard to open and close. House could use some updating. Overall provided us a good place to stay.

Great Home for Family Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dollar. The area is still recovering from the hurricane so there is not a lot to do in Mexico Beach which led to many trips to/from Port St. Joe. Ultimately, this is a great place if you're looking for a relaxing getaway without the large crowd.

Enjoyed Our Time

We really enjoyed our visit to the Sand Dollar House. It was clean and the kitchen, dining room and master bedroom were spacious and the kitchen had lots of extras that came in handy. The beds were quite comfortable and the bedsheets and pillows were great quality. A couple of things need some attention The pool doesn’t have a hand bar at all and the sliding door in the master that leads out to the pool and backyard is difficult to open and close . Be aware that although this is a rental, the owner has a boat in storage on the property which he assumes is not an issue when he or his friends decide to take it out. This happened with no phone call or warning whatsoever. It was an issue, seeing as I had a dog, and the gate was constantly opened. It was also a privacy concern with the swimming pool obviously being inside the backyard. This, however, was quickly resolved after calling the property management company.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dollar. Everything was stocked and ready to use in the kitchen. The house is bigger than you would think. We were close to the beach and everything in the area. We had a small issue with the go kart which was quickly remedied that day and the owners which live locally, were kind enough to allow us use of the go kart without cost for the remainder of trip for our troubles. if you’re looking for a great spot that is as advertised and operated by real people that care about the property and the people visiting the Sand Dollar will not disappoint. We would definitely return to stay at the Sand Dollar again.

Sand dollar

Our stay was wonderful. We relaxed in the pool and grilled. Then more pool time we carted around neighborhoods and loved carting toward beach sitting there watching the sun on the water. House is beautiful and perfectly stocked. Thank you

Amazing !

The home was exactly as described in listing. Home was very clean. Close to the beach. The golf cart was an added plus but can walk to the beach easily. Home was equipped with everything you needed to cook clean and enjoy your stay. The pool was very clean. Outdoor space was great. Looking forward to booking here again in the future.

Perfect home for family trip to the Beach

My family enjoyed staying at the Sand Dollar House. The lay out is perfect for two small families with younger kids. It would also be great for a family and grandparents. The pool was perfect for after the beach or for a day at the house resting from the beach. We all slept well each night. The house was perfectly clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Very thankful for a great house for our trip.

Laid back Florida!

Wonderful location very close drive or short golf cart ride to beautiful beaches. Lots of local eats and shops in Mexico beach or nearby port st. Joe. House itself was very clean and well kept. Pool was great, back patio was decent. Some weeds but otherwise very well maintained. Back slider needs new wheels or taken off and reinstalled. We had an issue with the golf cart but they came and fixed it within a day or so. We loved it and will certainly consider coming back to this same house!

Property was satisfactory, misleading on the only patio door to the backyard was through the master bedroom, which was inconvenient for cooking etc. no adult yard games, some for kids. Pool was clean and cooling . Convenient location to beach and shops.

A+ Property

Super Clean, well kept, exceptionally stocked and loved. I stay in a lot of vacation rentals and this is one of the best. Pool was great. Golf cart was perfect. Access to beach is perfect. Typically in beach rentals there is a honey-do list of items that need repair…BUT NOT “The Sand Dollar” as it is named. Everything is in perfect working order. Someone really cares for and loves this home.
