“This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so...

“It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us and everyone informed us they couldn’t help us until 4 o’clock when we could use a code that would be emailed to us privately to get into the hotel. No screens on main living area slider or windows so had to keep closed due to mosquitoes, luckily we had an air conditioner. Coffee maker would not turn on, outside decks was dirty and garbage can was overflowing. Would not recommend.”

“The place is super cute. The furniture in the living room was really uncomfortable so we pretty much went straight to bed. The upstairs is a little cramped and the ceilings are low, so it was difficult to move around. If you weigh more than 200lb, you may not be able to fit in the upstairs bathroom.
