“Clean quiet room”

“Sweet historic vibes. Outstanding walkable location. Great outdoor space out back. Nice staff. Comfy bed. If you’re not used to noise, the property can be a bit noisy. And though we appreciate ‘historic’, the rooms lean more towards deeply outdated than ‘vintage’. We would go again for the live music and a few drinks. But probably would choose to stay somewhere a bit more off the beaten path.”

“Check-in was fast & easy, there was plenty of parking near our room. Some rooms are accessed from the parking lot, others by stairs or a ramp (which ours was). We had a partial water view balcony, which was small but still nice, but only 1 chair. The room was basic but clean. The mattress was on the firmer side, but the pillow was super-firm (think rock) the 2nd pillow on the bed was flat & flimsy. Neither was comfortable. “Decent stay, good for the price. Room and bed were clean enough, some dusty spots but nothing to scare us off. No AC so we had to open the slider to get air, that would be my only complaint. Nice location across from the harbor.”

“It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us and everyone informed us they couldn’t help us until 4 o’clock when we could use a code that would be emailed to us privately to get into the hotel. “La camera era adiacente al ristorante dell’hotel ed ai servizi igienici esterni, non proprio ideale. Le dimensioni ridotte e la pulizia non eccellente, soprattutto la moquette che presentava macchie un po’ inquietanti, sono tutti fattori che non mi fanno giudicare positivamente la struttura. Rapporto qualità prezzo non idoneo. Unica nota piacevole, la struttura in sé, una residenza con una storia da raccontare. ”

“Hotel vecchio, accolti da una terribile puzza di aglio bruciato. Camere grandi ma con moquette ovunque. Di notte alle 3 è entrato un individuo in camera, qndo abbiamo fatto le nostre rimostranze alla reception la signora ha fatto spallucce”

“It was beautiful! View outstanding. The pictures you have need to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the photos. Overgrown- weeds by the front door area and so much sand. Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous. I would not have any children in yard. grassy and things including old tables and wire fencing laying around. Deck falling apart. Lots of sand- we understand but none cleaned up. Bbq horrible even...
