The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-storey building in a very quiet area, a few dozen meters from the marina and restaurants.
☑ The living room is bright and has a kitchen.
☑ In the living room you will find a sofa (convertible in the 160x200 size bed), TV (with PS4), a table with extensions and a reversible air-conditioning.
☑ The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a hob, extractor hood, sink, dishwasher, oven, toaster, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, Sparkling Water Makers (SodaStream) and utensils necessary household items as well as condiments such as salt/pepper/spices/oil.
☑ Blue Bedroom : Large double bed (160x200) and shelf.
☑ Orange Bedroom: A single bed and a bunk bed (92x188 all), a chest of drawers and working desk (with family board games inside!). There is no window. The door is located just in front of one of the living room windows which lets in light and there is a ceiling fan.
☑ Separate toilets.
☑ Bathroom: Spacious with sink, mirror, shower, washing machine and tumble drier. A small window in the bathroom provides ventilation.
☑ The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning, radiators and shutters.
☑ Bed linens and towels are included, but if you would like to bring your own, you can count on a discount. Please write me a message for the details.
☑ The apartment is also prepared to accommodate families with children: we provide you with several safety items (to install yourself in the apartment) such as furniture corner protections, electrical outlet protections and a bed rail.
In the apartment you will also find several games and board games, as well as a television with access to TV channels, YouTube and a PS4 console.
🐕🐩🐈🐇🐶 We don't have anything against the pets who knows the rules of savoir-vivre well😉, but please inform us that you are traveling with them.
