“The water features in the pool were enjoyable. You have to ask to have it turned on though. The hot tub was working but really really hot. Desk staff was amazing! Doing more than they should (because cleaning staff knows NO ENGLISH), so they had to leave the desk to deal with issues. Biggest drawback is the water is very very hard. You can feel how hard when you wash your hands or take a shower. ”
