“Easy parking out front. Nice accommodations. Everything was clean and updated but the historic appeal has been nicely preserved. We ended up driving most places but there is a grocery within walking distance. In-unit laundry was a plus.”

“Great location for everything with walking or public transportation problems texting communications Bathroom small for more than 2 Minor details we left for improvements ie (broken drawer in fridge, one towel hook in bath, coffee is kurig only )it is a lovely place and if possible I would have a 4.5 rating I would stay again but bring a few extras for the kitchen that I wanted but had to purchase since I did not hear back from texting them Beds great TV great Large kitchen Very clean easy...

“Great location for a reasonable price. Clean and comfortable. Able to walk Savannah, go to coffee shops, restaurants, parks. Pretty quiet area as well. Kitchen has the basics. Spent two afternoons at tybee island beaches. Ate at Crab Shack which was awesome. Paid parking was easy to find right out the front door. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Excellent option for a stay near the Historic Distric. Safe, beautiful and quiet area. Only downside was that the TV set is a bit old, so we couldn't access our own streaming services (Netflix) Other than that, top notch experience.”

“Execellent place to stay with the space and feel of a very nice apartment. Very short drive or an extended walk from downtown Savannah. Reserved parking is both a luxury for Savannah and a bit tricky. Our space was tight and way too close to a large concrete pillar. However, it appeared to be the only space with that problem. Otherwise, this was a surprising find, offering a sizeable kitchen and plenty of room. I would happily stay again.”

“Very small but very charming! Definitely do not recommend for more than 2 people, as there's minimum privacy when doing your business! Your roommate will hear everything LOL. A pleasant surprise was that since the time the property photos were made, the futon chair has been replaced with a small loveseat with a pull out cushion mattress. Shower and toilet worked great. Easy drive to Tybee and very close to grocery stores and shopping. Would definitely return!”

“Lovely apartment in the beautiful historical area! Very clean. Parking was easy. A space is available right out front. We were able to walk everywhere we desired. One suggestion, it would be nice if there were window coverings on the door in the back, just for added privacy coming out of the bathroom.”
