“The hotel is beautiful set in a great location with stunning surroundings and the staff are attentive and super helpful.”

“The property was very clean and extremely well maintained. We were disappointed in how small our room was and that there was no view of the ocean. And when they say it’s a garden view , it really is a garage view of cars that are parked there in the back. Otherwise Tatjana was very friendly and we had a smooth check-in. But do not expect to get what is shown in the picture.”

“Checked in with my family. 2 rooms. Checked in thinking that everything was going to be "normal". Went to the room to wash my face and brush my teeth. The water burnt my eyes a little, but I did not think much of it. Put some water in my mouth to brush my teeth and immediatly spit it out - salt water! Like from the ocean. Went downstairs to ask if there was an issue. The answer was, yes, we have had an issue with a broken pipe for several weeks now. My next question: what are you going...

The on-site beach bar brings the waterside & unbelievably geography/views to life even if your room, like ours, wasn't directly that close to the water. The service there was unfortunately terrible (we comfortably waited at least 30 minutes to try and order a drink from our sunbed despite pushing the buttons that blatantly didn't work) and put me off going back in truth. “It is fine, there is no elevator. Not suggested for those with big luggage. There were ants on the floor. Noise around the property was loud until 1 am Breakfast ok, but no buffet”

“Room wasn’t ready - it took three hours to take a shower. Mold in shower. Towel racks missing. Fixture to hol shower head missing. Heard scurrying sounds o I’ve the ceiling ”

Since it is located in the heart of the Kotor old city, where GPS doesn’t work as well, you may have to inquire about the property location from the local retailers to find it. Best thing is to call the host when you get in the vicinity of the property.”

“The apartment was as it appeared in photos, very functional and 15 minute walk from Kotor along the gorgeous coastline. For the price and location it is worth it’s money The host didn’t reply to any of my messages about check in until I had messaged multiple times on the website and whatsapp, then was very snippy when i called to ask which room we were meant to check into, telling me he was very busy. We met another couple who had the same issue.”

“Negative experience. The room was dirty, facilities broken, e.g.: WC and sink were leaking water. When telling this to the host, he mentioned that rooms are cleaned every day, if that is true (which we do not believe), the standard of cleaning is equal to non-existent. Also he said that someone will be sent to solve the bathroom leakages, but it did not happen. ”
