“The room was clean, sizeable and the jetted spa bath absolutely superb. But that’s where it ends. We stayed in what was called the “modern” suite, a kitsch and garishly designed suite that was a far cry from “modern” in today’s standards. Where it really fell short was the experience and service. “Our room was great and easy parking. Check in was smooth and staff member was super helpful. We were also able to leave our car in their car park for an overnight trip to Wellington. The property is in a fabulous position. Supermarket and chemist across the road and service station next door. Highly recommended! ”
