“Check in was good, pleasant staff. A/C was nice and cold, and the room was clean. Hotel rooms are definitely dated and furniture was really showing its age! There is only 1 ice machine in the hotel and it was broken. Beds were nice and comfortable and the breakfast was good.”

“The top of the desk and the night stand were not wiped off and were dirty. Additionally, the sheets seemed dirty. The bathroom was clean, though. Additionally, the staff was friendly. I just wish the room felt more clean.”

“The room and property were clean. A/C worked great. We asked (twice) for our room to be cleaned on a specific day, (you have to request room cleaning) it did not get done. After another request was done the next day, which was the day before we left. Danielle did an awesome job!!!! The TV remote was not working very well. Got another remote, was not programmed for that TV, had only 1 channel for 2 days. Finally got another remote that worked. Asked for a pillow, was basically told no. (Was...

“Our stay was great because it was clean and staff was friendly and professional. The area seemed to be suburbanize (landscape was rural with some areas pristine and serene!) The pool was clean and temperature was perfect! The only fault I saw was the water line on the bathroom door. My husband thought they may have had a flood in the past, but it didn't interfere with the cleanliness of our room/bathroom.
Yes, we will stay here when we return to visit the family!”

“Could have been cleaner.
There were about 30 kids who ran up & down the hall yelling all evening. By 11:30 I had to call front desk. All this noise continued for another hour. Had to be at Cleveland Clinic next morning at 6:45.”

“Upon check in, I was given a room with a malfunctioning AC, I spoke with the gentleman at the desk and recieved a new room without issue after his attempt to fix the unit didn't work and resetting the unit a few more times myself didn't get it to stay on. Overall, It's what you'd expect of a Days Inn near Akron.
Good enough for a night or two, property in relatively good shape but definitely still has the same characters and abandoned vehicles you'd find at any other urban days inn.

“Love this place. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good. Parking is not a problem with a parking garage across the street. The area around the hotel is very quiet. Surprised by the exercise bike and workout station in the room. We will continue to stay here when we’re in Canton.”
