“Was placed in a room with a broken air conditioner. The owner immediately drove down (this is the off-site annex property) and placed us in another room. Stayed cool. It’s nothing special or fancy but it’s functional. Good water pressure”

“Wendy courteously checked us in and provided information. The room was very clean and nice, bedding comfortable and amenities good. There's a fridge with small freezer, coffee machine and microwave. There's an ice bucket,though you do have to go to the office area to fill it. The room was wonderfully chilled when we arrived mid afternoon which was great since it was 97 outside. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious with lots of choices both cold and hot. The price was very good compared to...

“A surprise independent, separate small efficiency. Its a good waylay point for travellers. If visiting clovis, very close at 2/3 the price.Also not bad mexican breakfast options - arry put/ drive through, but well prepared.”

“The hallway floor is spongey, you can tell that it is pretty much pier and beam and the wood is rotting. Don't expect any kind of friendliness from nighttime staff. I will definitely be staying somewhere else if I ever stay in Clovis. I do not recommend.”
