“The pool was broken and not usable. We came down for breakfast this morning, only to find they did not have a breakfast prepared for some reason.”

“The room was not clean upon arrival, and the sheets appeared dirty. When I requested clean sheets from the staff, I was met with an unprofessional attitude. Housekeeping services were not provided daily as expected. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations. Additionally, after expressing concerns about these issues, I was told to leave without a refund. Unfortunately, the customer service and overall experience were disappointing.”

“Excessive pool noise at night extending up until 11pm, no one enforcing proper closing time. Pet friendly but there will be a charge if they find evidence that the pet was on the bed? Meh.”
